Download batch correspondence in Word
After the 2.9.3 release, Word documents are available for generation in batch. However, clicking 'Download' or 'Preview' still results in a PDF file. You can download each generated letter one-by-one which will result in a Word version of the letter but that defeats the purpose of Batch. We'd like to request the ability to download/Preview all batch generated correspondence in Word instead of PDF.

search on proposal ID in proposal batch
In the Proposal batch "Available Proposals" section the search bar does not accept Proposal IDs. Instead we search on names to find proposals. Please add the ability to use the grid search box in a proposal batch to search on proposal IDs.

Ability to see Grant approval status within the Check Run
Currently, in order to see if a grant has been voted on and approved (by committee or individuals depending on ORG requirements), you have to complete the following steps:
- go back into the docket
- navigate to the approval tab
- go to the approval submissions tile
- click on the 3 dots next to the approvers name and select "approval submission details" in order to see which grants have been voted on and approved.
This has to be done for each docket that is added to a check run before proceeding with processing. In my specific ORG we could have 5 or…

Allow check batch pre-review of recipient/payee approved status
Within the check run grid, it would be helpful for users to see a column representing each payment's payee status (are they already approved or do they require approval). That way an check batcher can see in aggregate any issues with payees prior to receiving the prompt on the error log. Would also help with batch review of payments vs. opening each grant one by one.

Add grant characteristics within a batch; multiple characteristics
We'd like to be able to add characteristics (within a grant batch), much like you add workflow steps. Often the same characteristics apply to all but are not reflected on the original proposal record. Efficiency would also be gained if we were allowed to enter multiple characteristics on a grant without having to "save", then "add" and "save" again.

Sticky filters and pages inside batch
The Proposal batch and Check run batch landing pages have sticky filters and pages. However, once inside a batch, the grids there do NOT have sticky pages and filters. I'd like to request the grids inside the Proposal and check run batches utilize the sticky filter and sticky pages so clicking in and out of grants goes smoother.

Recurring Grants
Recurring grants to automatically pull into the Grant Batch each month when they are scheduled to be paid. This would still allow the user to vet the organization before it is set to invoicing.

SourceCRAccountCode and SourceDRAccountCode should populate in the dashboard columns for check runs for standard grants
When reviewing a check batch for processing, it's important to verify that the account codes are correct. It would be very helpful and save so much time if the SourceCRAccountCode and SourceDRAccountCode would populate in the dashboard columns for check runs for standard grants. This way the codes could be checked without having to open each individual grant.

Docket Approval vs Declined
Board Members can be added to Dockets to provide approvals. However, they could decline their approval. FCG considers any submission an "approval", so even "denied" approvals make it look like the docket has been approved. Please enhance Dockets to take into consideration the approval status.

"Copy To" from Grant batch to allow other grant payments besides the first
When utilizing the “Copy To” feature on Grant Batches, the 1st payment on the grant is always being used. In some use cases, we may want to use other payments on the grant outside of the 1st.

To filter "Type" on Check Run Batch
To be able to filter by "Type" on Check Run batches (a function we can do on GE Classic) when using FC.

Sort Check Run Export by Grant number
When on the Finance tab of a Check Run, one of the available steps is to Export Payments to CSV. The grant payments in the exported file appear to be in a random order. Please sort the export by Grant Number.

Batch correspondence- save and review for later send date
It would be great if one user could generate batch correspondence and save it for review by a different user. Ideally we would still have the option to batch send the documents after.

Grant Payment Type determined by Payment Default on the GL Vendor Record
When creating a check batch in FCG, have the option to let the Default Payment Type on the GL vendor record determine invoice payment type.
We have EFT info for some of our recipients, but not all, so having to select the payment type in FGC takes extra work (looking up default payment method in FE) to make sure payment type is set correctly.2 votes -
Add page format options and header/footer to batch correspondence
Currently, we are unable to add a picture header to the correspondence template. There is also no option to center, right justify or left justify text or pictures when editing the template. We have also noticed that when we generate batch correspondence from templates created in FCG, the formatting (margins) are not set correctly the way they are in GE Classic.

Add "Quorum Met" column to check run grid
When selecting Grants to go onto a Check Run in GE Classic, we review the QuorumMet field. This field indicates to us if the grant was approved by the committee (ALL of our Grants must be approved). Only grants with a QuorumMet equal to Yes can go onto a Check Run and be paid. However, the QuorumMet field is not available in FCG. Please make this field/column available as soon as possible.

Bulk Media Upload in Grant Batch
We'd like the ability to upload media in batch to a grant batch. For example, uploading the grant docket that approved the grant batch via a "Batch Media Upload" so that each grant has the same document.

Set Initial Invoice Status to Pending when invoice are created in Accounts Payable
Our accounting controls require the CFO to Approve invoices. Having the invoices created with a Status of Approved forces us to take additional steps to switch them to Pending so that they align with our accounting processes.
This is a common control required by auditors and accounts payable has a built-in Invoice Approval utility.0 votes
