Keep Filter Settings
Under Online Apps, if a user sets filters but then opens the web app, the filters go away when they return to the grid view. Keep the filter settings so the user can toggle between applications as they need, instead of having to reset the filter every time.

This applies to all pages with a data grid, such as the Grants page. If a user selects a filter and leaves the page, that filter should be retained when the user returns to that page.
