  1. We would like the option to either 1) be able to edit the EIN of past grants or 2) have the system pull EIN based on up to date data (not hardcoded/static data).

  2. On some screens with a record grid, a default filter loads every time you visit the screen. For example, in a Check Run, the "Available Grant Payments" grid defaults to grants with a status of "REQUEST." Please make all filter defaults configurable. All of our grants are going onto check runs are coming from the DOCKET_BATCHED status. We want to make that the default status filter on the Check Run, but this is not currently an option.

  3. I would like to be able to search for an interfund transfer using its grant number in Cloud. This isn't working in the universal search in Grants. You can find interfund transfers by their grant numbers in Classic.

In GE Classic, we can open a processed Online Grant Request that established a recurring (designated) grant record and view the start date and end date that the fund advisor originally submitted. However, when we open the same request in FCG, we cannot see those dates. We can only see the checkbox indicating the request was for recurring payments and the frequency. Please make the start & end dates visible on the Online Grant Request record in FCG as well. This is information we have to refer back to often.

  5. In a DES Grant record, the Recipient Tile rounds the values to whole numbers, thereby masking the actual percentage by recipient value when the % has decimal places.

  6. For grants that are generated from proposal, I would like to have the proposal title in the Check Designation Configuration.

    We often have multiple grants for a single organization. Having Proposal Title in the Check Designation would be very helpful. We currently have to run agreement merges from the proposal because the Title is not available on the Grant record.

  7. When creating a check batch in FCG, have the option to let the Default Payment Type on the GL vendor record determine invoice payment type.

    We have EFT info for some of our recipients, but not all, so having to select the payment type in FGC takes extra work (looking up default payment method in FE) to make sure payment type is set correctly.

  8. If inactive for awhile in Foundation Cloud Grants, the CRM and Finance System connection turns from connected to unconnected. If/When that happens we loose the ability to do certain things in Foundation Cloud Grants (e.g. save queries being built). Before getting timed out, it would be great if there was a pop up saying "are you still working" or "do you want to stay connected" or something that lets us not lose progress. Right now we have to refresh Cloud Grants to re-establish connections and redo work(or filters)

  9. Allow GENXT Queries under Reporting to add profile fields to gather info that is not currently available. For example, in GENXT WebApplication queries, please add the field that pulls title of the project submitted by the applicant along with the request amount. These fields might be found on a Web Application addendum from a specifically created web application, but there is not a way to add profile fields from specifically created web applications to include in a query as previously allowed in Classic.   10. Adding a button so that text can be centered, aligned left or right with ease. Currently alignment can only be done in HTLM editor but it should be able to be done in the editor screen (the applies to the cloud and portal text editor).

  11. The dashboard (including pie chart and bar graph) is irrelevant to the work I need to do in the Grants page. Yet there it is taking up the entire screen, so that every single time I access the page, I need to scroll past it in order to get to the grants data. Please either make the dashboard hideable (preferably with a default that can be set to hide it) or move it elsewhere.

  12. On all other screens with a grid of information, you can select the columns you want visible, filter the grid, and export the grid information. This would be helpful on the Manage User screen as well. For example, you could filter out inactive user accounts of employees who are no longer at your organization. You could export active users and their Role for an auditor who needs system access reports.

  13. Product enhancement request: would you please extend the timeout length for both Foundation Cloud Grants (FCG) and Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FCCP). applications, it is much too short. If there is no restriction on NPact’s side, I request the timeout times be set at 45 minutes.

  14. On the Online Grant Requests screen in GENXT, the name of the person who submitted the grant request is labeled as the "Donor Name." This person is not making a donation and may or may not have ever made a donation to the fund they advise. In other fields throughout the system, this person is referred to as the "Requestor." Please relabel the field name on the Online Grant Requests screen to "Requestor Name" as well.

    On the Grants screen, only the RequestorID field is available. Please add the Requestor Name field as well.

In Workflow, if you have a large number of grants to approve, you have to return to the notification icon at the top of the page each time in order to be taken back to the list to keep approving. This is time consuming when you have a lot to get through. If we could set it up so you can move from one request to the next, that would save a lot of time!

  16. We'd really like to have characteristics available as a field for constituent-based queries. Currently I can only find them in grant-based queries. For example, we are putting a characteristic on the constituent record for recepient organizations that have requested grants by EFT instead of check (this is a work-around for the lack of ability to set payment defaults in individual constituent records in GE, or even better, have them connect to the defaults set in FE; there is another post here on UserVoice about this issue).   18. Currently, we are unable to add a picture header to the correspondence template. There is also no option to center, right justify or left justify text or pictures when editing the template. We have also noticed that when we generate batch correspondence from templates created in FCG, the formatting (margins) are not set correctly the way they are in GE Classic.

  19. In Canada, we need to issue T4A tax forms to scholarship recipients annually. To do this we need to collect the applicant's Social Insurance Number (SIN). The SIN is sensitive information and should receive a higher level of protection from a cyber security standpoint. Raiser's Edge has a field for SIN on an Individual record that allows the number to be masked for any user that does not have special security rights.
    I would like a special field that can collect and protect the SIN in the Spectrum Portal that also carries through to the FCG and possible RE.
