  1. The “Create Web User” button on constituent records is incorrectly creating Individual web users for organization constituents (this would be the Organization, Account, or Contact record types in the CRM Systems). This causes a problem as we are creating web users when we want to be creating organizations.

    Currently the only way to create an organization is by going to an Organization Admin web user in the PPQ OR creating the organization through portal registration.

  2. I would really like to be able to save and copy queries in Cloud as we are able to in Classic. I like the ability to create similar queries, for example, for each of our organizations that have funds with us, instead of having to create each one from scratch.

  4. When reveiwing a grant application or final report, it would be great to have the option to view or download a document the grantee has uploaded. I usually just want to review the document without downloading. Now the only option is to download.

  5. The requestor is not visible in the Grant Details screen in Cloud, upon entering new grants. This is problematic, because it seems Cloud assigns a requestor using some sort of unknown default, and this is not always accurate. The requestor was visible and editable in Classic upon entering new grants. Please also make this editable in Cloud.

  6. I was pleased that copying grant requests was added to FDN cloud. But surprised and a little dismayed that the recepient info is copied into the new grant request as well. Also into the payment fields, so, that info needs to be changed as well. Which takes time I'm trying to avoid. Copying grants in GE Classic was great when a fund advisor who does not use Spectrum would give us a list of grant requests we would need to manually enter, all with different recepients and different grant amounts. 99.9% of our fund advisors give to organizations just once…

  7. On the Grants page, you can filter the record grid by Grant Status. That filter is a dropdown selection. In the "Available Grant Payments" section on a Check Run, you can also filter by Grant Status. However, that filter is a text box where you must type in the grant status you are looking for. It must be typed in exactly as the status appears in the system. If you do not type it precisely the same, your filter will yield no results. For example, if you type in a status of "DOCKET BATCHED" instead of "DOCKET_BATCHED" no grants will…

  8. Currently, our organization must only indicate a fiscal sponsor in both the recipient and payee fields when filling out a grant. Would it be possible to have payees be the fiscal sponsors and the recipients be the organizations actually receiving the funds for use?

  9. For Foundation Cloud Grants, I ran into the problem twice of having multiple of the same grant generate with unique grant numbers after hitting the Save Button many times. After pressing the save button for the first time, there is delay of 5 to 10 seconds usually between hitting that button and the grant generating so it appears that it is not processing and I hit it again multiple times. However, this clogs up our system with multiple unnecessary grants that need to be deleted later.

  10. I would like to be able to search for an interfund transfer using its grant number in Cloud. This isn't working in the universal search in Grants. You can find interfund transfers by their grant numbers in Classic.

  13. We'd really like to have characteristics available as a field for constituent-based queries. Currently I can only find them in grant-based queries. For example, we are putting a characteristic on the constituent record for recepient organizations that have requested grants by EFT instead of check (this is a work-around for the lack of ability to set payment defaults in individual constituent records in GE, or even better, have them connect to the defaults set in FE; there is another post here on UserVoice about this issue).   16. When creating a check batch in FCG, have the option to let the Default Payment Type on the GL vendor record determine invoice payment type.

    We have EFT info for some of our recipients, but not all, so having to select the payment type in FGC takes extra work (looking up default payment method in FE) to make sure payment type is set correctly.

  17. Allow GENXT Queries under Reporting to add profile fields to gather info that is not currently available. For example, in GENXT WebApplication queries, please add the field that pulls title of the project submitted by the applicant along with the request amount. These fields might be found on a Web Application addendum from a specifically created web application, but there is not a way to add profile fields from specifically created web applications to include in a query as previously allowed in Classic.   18. On some screens with a record grid, a default filter loads every time you visit the screen. For example, in a Check Run, the "Available Grant Payments" grid defaults to grants with a status of "REQUEST." Please make all filter defaults configurable. All of our grants are going onto check runs are coming from the DOCKET_BATCHED status. We want to make that the default status filter on the Check Run, but this is not currently an option.

  20. In the font used throughout FC, a capital I is indistinguishable from a lowercase l. Uppercase J extends below the baseline (unlike all other capitals), making it virtually indistinguishable from a lowercase J. Please change to a font that does not have letters that look alike.
