Setting to hide Aliases in Grant Recipient Search
We are currently seeing aliases listed as “aka [name]” in the Grant Search screen in the portal. We'd like a setting to prevent those aliases from showing. They take up space and can be a bit confusing for our users.

Ability for clients to delete a saved grant recommendation
When reviewing saved grant recommendations, next to each saved recommendation there is an ellipsis that houses 3 options (open, open recipient, and duplicate). There should be a fourth option to delete a saved grant recommendation.
Currently users have to contact us as the administrators to delete these, but they should have access to do so themselves. Please add this functionality.

Character limit
We would like the ability to limit the characters used in the "grant purpose" and "special instructions to the nonprofit" fields for grant recommendations. This would align with what is printed on the check memo field.

Prompt to immediately update temporary password
we would love to see a prompt to immediately change a temporary password to a permanent one. It doesnt appear to have an expiration date for the randomly generated passwords.

Functionality that will allow FCCP credit card donations to automatically create an RE NXT batch when submitted.
It would be great if Npact & BB could work on functionality where FCCP credit card contributions automatically create an RE NXT Batch (much like RE NXT online donations do). Right now we have to have a manual process to make sure we don't miss these.

Show application when supplemental opens
Currently, when a supplemental page becomes available on the portal, an applicant can open the page to fill it out and submit. However, if they wish to see the main application they already submitted (to reference submitted answers) they must click “Open” instead of clicking on the supplemental link from My Saved Applications. Since the supplemental and the main application are in separate places it makes it hard to switch back and forth. It would be great if when clicking into the supplemental page, the applicant is able to see the previously submitted application tabs that are “READ ONLY” so…

System Down Pop-Up
If the system is down for some reason, it would be helpful for a pop-up to appear stating the system is down. If this is not possible based on the system issue, an email to the main contacts at the organization would be appreciated so we manage calls, etc.

Unsubmitted request reminder
Add reminder after 30 days to fund advisor's next log in to pop up alert that they have # requests in unsubmitted requests.

For users that are advisors to multiple funds, allow configuration of their fund dropdown: 1) set a default fund to appear first in their list of funds, and/or 2) configuration options to set the order of funds as they appear in the dropdown list.

Configure/enforce a payment number max on grant request
Currently we can suggest or enforce a minimum grant amount in FCCP with configuration settings in Site Admin. We would also like the ability to enforce a max number of payments when the setting to allow for multi-payment is on. This will help us guide our donors to a reasonable amount of payments per request.

Improve basic user functionality for Giving Opportunity tool
Improve the basic user functionality for the Giving opportunity tool - allow users to sort, filter and/or search on this page. Ideally, add more columns of data so that clients with a higher volume of proposals they wish to display can expect donors to be able to navigate the page fairly easily to find what they are looking for.

Add preferred email filter to FCCP Contact Us Tile configuration options. We had our CEO's personal email appearing on the portal because this tile cannot filter to preferred and had to remove that email from our CRM so that it did not appear online.

Change SCORE QUESTION button to SCORE
Under Questions for Review, we don't ask a specific question that requires an answer so this Q/A language is a bit confusing for reviewers. Then, when they are ready to score, they must select the SCORE QUESTION button. There seems to be no value added to include "question" on this button; could it be changed to SCORE to also meet the needs of grantors not asking a specific question?

Disable registration page when not active
When we have the link to register inactive, the registration page can still be accessed via direct web address or old link. We would like see this disabled if not active. We have had a few folks attempt to register with links that are far outdated.

Allow for clients to configure Grant Recommendations grid to include non-FCCP submitted grants as well.
We highly recommend the ability for a client to enable the FCCP Grant Recommendations grid to include grants submitted outside of FCCP as well. We already have users that are looking here for grants that may have been submitted by fax or email and input into FCG, or historical grants, and are very confused. We are trying to redirect them to Grant History, but those layers are confusing for many fundholders. A more comprehensive grant status tracking tool with configuration options to allow for non-FCCP requests as well would be ideal.

Grant Recipient Search Instructions
Bring back the ability to add instructions on the Grant Recipient Search screen. This page customization was made obsolete with Version 2.8.1.0 (Released: 3/24/2024). We used this content to remind donors grants can only be made to qualified donees and to refer to our Grants Policy.

Surviving Grant Recommendations
For donor-advised fund sponsors, it is very important to track grant recommendations that will be processed only in the event of the fund requestor's death. We refer to these as surviving grant recommendations. Please consider adding a module, very similar to the designated module, that would allow a donor to see current, enter new, and/or edit/modify existing, surviving grant recommendations. It would be necessary for the module to allow the entry of percentages and/or amounts for each surviving recommendation. It would also be helpful if the module allowed for surviving recommendations to be converted into active grants.
