  1. When reviewing saved grant recommendations, next to each saved recommendation there is an ellipsis that houses 3 options (open, open recipient, and duplicate). There should be a fourth option to delete a saved grant recommendation.

    Currently users have to contact us as the administrators to delete these, but they should have access to do so themselves. Please add this functionality.

  3. If the system is down for some reason, it would be helpful for a pop-up to appear stating the system is down. If this is not possible based on the system issue, an email to the main contacts at the organization would be appreciated so we manage calls, etc.

  5. I would love to see functionality in the portal so that we as site admins are able to proxy in as a specific user (whether it be a grantee/donor/fund advisor) to see what they see or are experiencing. Or to be able to function as that user to do a specific task within the portal.

  6. Bring back the ability to add instructions on the Grant Recipient Search screen. This page customization was made obsolete with Version 2.8.1.0 (Released: 3/24/2024). We used this content to remind donors grants can only be made to qualified donees and to refer to our Grants Policy.

  7. Under Questions for Review, we don't ask a specific question that requires an answer so this Q/A language is a bit confusing for reviewers. Then, when they are ready to score, they must select the SCORE QUESTION button. There seems to be no value added to include "question" on this button; could it be changed to SCORE to also meet the needs of grantors not asking a specific question?

  8. On the gift history page, remove the availability to edit the number of gifts per page. Or have system admins be able to toggle that off.
    We want this page so fund holders can see the name and date of gift, but by allowing fund holders to change to 1 gift per page, they can see the page total on the gift history and know the gift amount.

  9. We'd like an additional option to filter by date under the My Saved Applications page. Internally we use a profile that is linked to all the organization applicants so that we can go into FCCP and make edits to their applications or submit on their behalf when they are having issues doing this on their own. When they have too many historical applications, this page has a hard time loading (using Show All), is really slow, and sometimes times out and cancels the load altogether.   11. For donor-advised fund sponsors, it is very important to track grant recommendations that will be processed only in the event of the fund requestor's death. We refer to these as surviving grant recommendations. Please consider adding a module, very similar to the designated module, that would allow a donor to see current, enter new, and/or edit/modify existing, surviving grant recommendations. It would be necessary for the module to allow the entry of percentages and/or amounts for each surviving recommendation. It would also be helpful if the module allowed for surviving recommendations to be converted into active grants.

  12. Currently, we are unable to test a web app in FCCP that has been configured with a submit status of Committed. When an applicant submits an application that has a submit status of Committed rather than Submitted, the applicant can continue to make changes to their application up until the end date of a cyclical application. Once the cycle has closed, their application is no longer editable, but is still considered submitted.   13. Currently, in FCCP, there can be different contacts showing on the home page, but it is based on fund. We need it based on constituent (which of our staff is assigned as their relationship manager/solicitor in RE).

  15. Please create a log to view sent emails with outcome information (success or bounce-back, etc.) for ANY emails sent from Spectrum. Specifically, in the Application Admin area, there is no way to see email log for emails sent in the Manage Supplemental area. See case number Case #00017942.

  16. Users complain that after selecting a grant recipient from the search results, the grayed-out fields containing the recipient information are difficult or impossible to read. I've got settings on both my own computers optimized for webpage viewing, and still find this info hard to read. There is not enough contrast between the gray text and gray field background.

  17. Please allow us to opt a single user out of MFA. We have some older fund holders who do not understand MFA and it greatly frustrates them. Their frustration impacts their desire to do business with us.

  18. The Recipient search "Past Grants" wording is way too small and too light for our elderly donors to see. It should be highlighted in Blue like the other hyperlinks. And move "Cannot Find a recipient? Add a new one" hyperlink option directly beneath "Past Grants". It doesn't make sense a Donor must scroll all the way down past grants to click "Cannot Find a recipient? Add a new one". It is very frustrating for our Donors making grant requests.

  19. In Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FFCP) a client can enter a primary phone number and a secondary phone number. You can see that information in the Web Processing Queue of Foundation Cloud Grants (FCG) when a new client registers for the portal or when an existing client updates their information. When the client's information is updated/synced to the CRM, only the primary phone number is syncing over. The secondary phone number is not added. It is lost, and there is no indication to our staff users that this information was not added to the constituent record.

  20. In FCCP, on the Gift History page, please add the ability to show columns for email address and phone number from RE for each gift. This would allow fund holders to contact via email or phone, not just mail, to thank donors to their fund.
