  1. Many websites have the option for a user to "check" their password after they've entered it to make sure they didn't make a typo. I have found our clients especially need this when they are creating their permanent password and have to type their new password twice. Having a display option that a user could click or turn on would reduce new user frustration.

  2. We are finding that many of our clients are struggling to use the recipient search. I think they are used to interfaces that respond once text is inputted or with use of the "enter" key. They are typing a recipient name and then seeing the 'No Matching Results' and not clicking search. Perhaps 'No Matching Results' could be removed and only display if the search button is clicked and no results are found? Better yet, perhaps it could be responsive to what the client is typing?

  3. Foundation Cloud Community Portal could benefit from having "light box" functionality - a pop up alert that displays when fundholders log in. This allows us to share important information such as upcoming maintenance, year-end deadlines, etc. and ensure they are noticed. Editing the text on the page is unlikely to be read, and the tile isn't working for our team (also likely to be ignored).

  4. Contributions made through FCCP automatically flow into our Raiser's Edge NXT environment. We've had several issues pop up with gift crediting, and we are unable to adjust the gifts once posted. We would like to have the ability to for our gift processing team to review & approve.

  5. Please consider surfacing a "Donor Name" field on the contribution page within the portal. The contributions are automatically attributed to the advisor who is logged into the portal. For organizational clients, staff members (the fund advisor) are often making a contribution on behalf of their organization, but the gift is credited to the individual. We don't have any ability to adjust these gifts in Raiser's Edge once posted. A "Donor Name" Field would put the onus on the donor to align the donor name with the account holder for the contribution.

  6. In the documents tile of the portal the link to "View all Documents" sits at the bottom of the tile under all the uploaded document list. We would like to see this link at the top of the tile to make it easy to access for donors.

    Note: the "View all" link for Grant History and Gift History tiles both reside at the top of tile and not the bottom. It would be consistent to have the documents tile present the same way.

  7. The UX for replicating a grant is not intuitive to our clients. Many want to support the same organization but review/edit the details & make updates before submitting. There are workarounds, but they are not intuitive.

  8. We would like to be able to sync in the proceeds amount for stock contributions. This would be especially helpful for our nonprofit clients who rely on the portal to see contribution detail into their funds.

  9. we would love to see a prompt to immediately change a temporary password to a permanent one. It doesnt appear to have an expiration date for the randomly generated passwords.

  10. It would be great if Npact & BB could work on functionality where FCCP credit card contributions automatically create an RE NXT Batch (much like RE NXT online donations do). Right now we have to have a manual process to make sure we don't miss these.

  11. Currently, when a supplemental page becomes available on the portal, an applicant can open the page to fill it out and submit. However, if they wish to see the main application they already submitted (to reference submitted answers) they must click “Open” instead of clicking on the supplemental link from My Saved Applications. Since the supplemental and the main application are in separate places it makes it hard to switch back and forth. It would be great if when clicking into the supplemental page, the applicant is able to see the previously submitted application tabs that are “READ ONLY” so…

  12. Add preferred email filter to FCCP Contact Us Tile configuration options. We had our CEO's personal email appearing on the portal because this tile cannot filter to preferred and had to remove that email from our CRM so that it did not appear online.

  13. We are currently seeing aliases listed as “aka [name]” in the Grant Search screen in the portal. We'd like a setting to prevent those aliases from showing. They take up space and can be a bit confusing for our users.

  14. We highly recommend the ability for a client to enable the FCCP Grant Recommendations grid to include grants submitted outside of FCCP as well. We already have users that are looking here for grants that may have been submitted by fax or email and input into FCG, or historical grants, and are very confused. We are trying to redirect them to Grant History, but those layers are confusing for many fundholders. A more comprehensive grant status tracking tool with configuration options to allow for non-FCCP requests as well would be ideal.

  16. When we have the link to register inactive, the registration page can still be accessed via direct web address or old link. We would like see this disabled if not active. We have had a few folks attempt to register with links that are far outdated.

  17. We would like the ability to limit the characters used in the "grant purpose" and "special instructions to the nonprofit" fields for grant recommendations. This would align with what is printed on the check memo field.

  18. Currently we can suggest or enforce a minimum grant amount in FCCP with configuration settings in Site Admin. We would also like the ability to enforce a max number of payments when the setting to allow for multi-payment is on. This will help us guide our donors to a reasonable amount of payments per request.

  19. Improve the basic user functionality for the Giving opportunity tool - allow users to sort, filter and/or search on this page. Ideally, add more columns of data so that clients with a higher volume of proposals they wish to display can expect donors to be able to navigate the page fairly easily to find what they are looking for.
