Make MFA options configurable per organization
Currently, the MFA configurations are not customizable per organization. Users can select to authenticate via call, text, or mobile app. Additionally, they can use either the Microsoft Authenticator or Twilio Authy apps. Most of our clients are older and this is simply too much to choose from. We would prefer to offer only the call and text option. If we have to offer an app option, we only want to offer the Microsoft app. We do NOT like the Twilio app and do not want to offer it. We will be launching MFA to our clients soon, and we know this is going to cause confusion, resulting in phone calls and emails from clients. We wish we had the ability to tailor this feature to suit the needs of our organization and our clients.

Another reason not to offer the app is that we cannot support it. Users tell me the app's not working, but there's nothing I can do because I have no way to troubleshoot it...and going through NPact support takes way too much time. We've got enough on our hands supporting the portal itself.
