Allow an organization to opt a user out of MFA
Please allow us to opt a single user out of MFA. We have some older fund holders who do not understand MFA and it greatly frustrates them. Their frustration impacts their desire to do business with us.

Please implement this idea - it's a huge frustration for many of our clients, and cumbersome for our staff to assist them with setting up via phone.

Yes please allow this option. This should not be the single reason why our fund holders will take their business elsewhere. Many sites allow a user to opt out of this requirement.

We have such users as well, people who took years to finally start using the portal, and now they're being alienated.
We would easily enough be able to identify any anomalous requests coming in, on the remote chance that some hacker ever did gain access. We'd use a GE alert to remind us to watch activity on such funds.
We also sometimes set up test constituents that we use for testing out various aspects of the portal. It's silly to have to go through MFA for a fake constituent.
