  2. In the FC Portal Saved Reccomendations grid, there does not appear to be a column available to show the donor when their grant is scheduled to be paid. Making this column available to display in the grid would cut donn on donor confusion and calls. (See Case #00016068 for more detail.)

Please have the app issue intelligible passwords like our previous portal system generated, such as “Goldenrod@25” or “3*greenGRASS.” People have trouble correctly reading and retyping gobbledygook like ”2dhmb@bP2dhmb@bP.,” as has become apparent as we have assisted users. Please also make sure that punctuation marks do not appear at the end of the password, as they can be misinterpreted as grammatically ending the sentence instead of as part of the password.

  4. Currently fund holders can run fund statement reports for periods that are not complete. For example, on 10/1 someone could run a report for 9/1-9/30, however as of 10/1 we haven't run month end processes. If we could limit the to date on reports somewhere in business rules, then each month we could advance the date after we run our month end close routines.

  5. When a fundholder requests a recurring grant from their fund, they don’t have a way of managing them after the fact. Donors need a way to cancel or modify their recurring grants.

  6. Recently, NPact added functionality to allow fund advisors to copy and share a link to the public for making donations to their fund. However, this requires each individual fund to be made public in FCG. If the fund is not made public, the user received a message that says, "This fund is not public so only registered users with access to this fund will be able to access it. Do you want to continue?" None of our funds are public, so these links would not work for any of our clients. Ideally, we would like these fundraising links to not…

  7. Each page of FCCP should have a setting in Page Settings allowing a block of custom text at the top of the page, under the page title. It could be used for special instructions for that page or however the customer wants to use it. For example, on the reports page, we could add a paragraph of text explaining when reports are updated at month end.

  10. When a user is prompted to configure their MFA settings, the mobile authenticator app method is automatically selected by default. Please remove the automatic check mark selecting this method so that the user must actively choose one of the authentication methods.

Currently, our donors have no way to see a list of ALL recurring grant requests.  The Recommendation Status page has a tab designed to show recurring requests, but it only shows recurring requests that were submitted by the donor from within Spectrum.  It does not show recurring grant requests for the fund that were entered by PCAF due to requests received outside of Spectrum (email/letter/etc.). The recurring requests tab on Recommendation Status displays the recurring request multiple times, making it very difficult to understand.

  14. It would be very nice to see a function on the portal that would show recorded interfund transfers (more than just one single line in the fund statement). Many fund advisors rely on these transfers as a source of their income to the fund. It would be nice to see it highlighted within the system in a better managed way with more information (like where the transfer came from, the date, the amount, etc.).

  15. Currently, the MFA configurations are not customizable per organization. Users can select to authenticate via call, text, or mobile app. Additionally, they can use either the Microsoft Authenticator or Twilio Authy apps. Most of our clients are older and this is simply too much to choose from. We would prefer to offer only the call and text option. If we have to offer an app option, we only want to offer the Microsoft app. We do NOT like the Twilio app and do not want to offer it. We will be launching MFA to our clients soon, and we know…

  16. For all NPact products, create a status portal such as https://status.blackbaud.com, https://status.office365.com, etc. It doesn't need to be fancy, just a place to let your customers know if there is a known issue, and the status of that known issue.

  17. Under Site Admin, News Feeds, users can create new “News Item” posts for any role. Users have requested the ability to send an email to all active SWP users for the selected role, and the email would contain the News Item content.

    Users would be prompted something like, “This News Item will be emailed to 426 Fund Holders. Are you sure you wish to proceed?” (Yes/No, default NO)

  18. Allow for gift attachments to be turned off. Currently all attachments to a gift record in RE flow over to Foundation Cloud Community Portal's gift record. At a Community Foundation, for example, this results in the fund holder seeing attachments, which could include donor communication (acknowledgement letters) and copies of the check/gift details, which are confidential. Alternatively, only include gift attachments with certain tags in Foundation Cloud Community Portal.

  19. When you send an email confirming a post made here, please include the suggestion. The current emails merely clog our inboxes, instead of providing a record of what we suggested. And: do we get notified if someone comments on our post? This should likewise include the text.

  20. Gifts failed to process into CRM and had to entered manually. The CRM plugin in SWP was disconnected and had to be reconnected to establish the link again. Feature: An alert of some kind that notifies admin of systems not connected so they can connect right away and not miss any gifts. (Site Admin > Settings > Plugins section)
