Compatibilty issues between FIMS and Office 365 which adds steps to some of the automated proccesses
When sending acknowledgement letters from the automated process there are now extra steps that make it cumbersome.

FIMS works with Office 365 as long as it is locally installed and users are not using the web version of Office. If there is an issue with Office 365, please create a support case.
