Joint or Alternate name Salutation will not build from both Profile 1 and Profile 2 if we remove Prefixes and the partners have the same last name. It only shows the Profile 1 name. It will build if they have different last names.

We are moving away from Prefix use and would like Salutations to build automatically with both profiles First and Last Names in the Joint or Alternate name e.g. John Smith and Jane Smith.
