1. Improvement to Donor Letters Needed

   Currently, there is no way to filter out gifts that were reversed or adjusted so all transactions are displayed on the donor letter, looking unprofessional. Is it possible to add a filter to include only adjustment types blank through A so that the letter will only display correct gifts. Also, would it be possible to add an option to include the comment field on the letter?

2. Ability to copy a posted gift that creates a new unposted gift.

   It will save time and data entry to have the ability to copy a posted gift that creates an unposted gift either one at a time or in a batch. The grant module has this feature - you can copy from a posted application and it creates a new application in unposted applications - it also allows you to update certain fields before creating the new unposted application. Also, the grant module has the ability to create a group of unposted applications based upon application ["History"] through the File Maintenance, Auto-Create Grant Applications feature. Having something in the gift module that is similar to the grants module features will create efficiencies in process and save time when performing gift entry processes.

   It will save time and data entry to have the ability to copy a posted gift that creates an unposted gift either one at a time or in a batch.
