Submit button: show something on screen so user can tell it is processing

When a button is clicked, something should happen on screen so the user knows the click worked. Something like a color change on the button, or a pop-up that says "Submitted," or a spinning icon, etc. Otherwise it just looks frozen. Very confusing!

Many colors can be defined for FIMS users in User Preferences. For instructions on the specific buttons or functions needed, please create a support case.
