Add check box "Ignore allow mail flag profiles" on Fund Statement Report and Export
Under General Ledger Reports, Add check box "Ignore allow mail flag profiles" on "Fund Statement" and "Fund Statement Export". This would enable one to capture fund activities on all funds in the system. We have donors that are anonyomous and request that their Solicit and Allow Mail boxes are UNCHECKED within their profiles. Therefore when fund statements are generated or exported the funds associated with profiles where allow mail is UNCHECKED do not print or export.

User Defined Profile Export is missing mailing address components
In the User Defined Profile Export, there is no way to export the "Individual Name" from the Salutations tab. Also, when selecting to include "Address" under Fields, the result does not include the "Address Type" field. Both are key components to being able to use this export for mailing lists. For example, if an exported address is a Business Address, that would mean I'd want to use the Individual Name instead of the Joint or Alternate Name for the mailing. Please add these fields to the Export. Contact bphillips@rifoundation.org with questions.
