  1. If an advisor has only one fund, then that fund should auto-populate on the recommendation form in DonorCentral.

  2. Allow intervals in the recurrence section of the recommendation form to be Quarterly, Semi Annual & Annual and remove the ‘Number’ field. The recurrence schedule would be based on start dates.
    Quarterly would happen every 3 months from start date, Semi Annual would be every 6 months from start date and Annual would be every 12 months from start date. The options presented to the DA would be Quarterly, Semi Annual & Annual with the scheduling being done in the background.

If a fund is designated for a certain purpose and interest area, add logic to DonorCentral to only present a list of grantees that are within the fund's designation and prevent showing grantees that fall outside of the fund's designation from appearing in list of grantees to choose from when recommending a grant.

    Currently, there is no way to prevent a donor or advisor from creating a grant recommendation to a grantee who falls outside of the fund's designation.

  4. Recommendation submission confirmation email goes the advisor's email address that recommended the grant. We save these emails as permanent record for audit purpose. It would be helpful to have the Advisor Name print in the body of the email message as well and with the profile ID would be a bonus too.

  6. Donors may decide at the beginning of the year when they receive endowment reports what they want to donate for the year, but don't want the donations to go out until later in the year. It would be great if they could go ahead an add them as recommendations while they are working on them instead of having to remember later to add them.

  7. Please add the following fields to the grant recommendation form so they will be included in the email we receive to process the grants: FUND ID, DONOR NAME, FIMS ID. This information was included with the grant recommendation emails we received with the old version of DC.

  8. In our previous Donor Central software, we received an email alert notifying us when a donor began but did not fully submit a grant request from their fund. In the new software, apparently there is no way for our Foundation to be notified when a grant has not been fully submitted. It apparently only shows up in the donors individual profile as unsubmitted recommendations.

    This will cause us MAJOR headaches, as some of our donors will not realize they have not fully submitted the grant. If we are unable to track who has unsubmitted grants and reach out to the…

  9. In the current version of Donor Central NXT a fund advisor is limited to submitting (5) grant recommendations at a time. So when an advisor has more than (5) unsubmitted recommendations there is a 'select all' option that is presented to submit the recommendations. However, when you select that option it is not truly submitting all unsubmitted recommendations. Instead it is only submitting the (5) that are presented on the screen at the time the checkbox is selected.
