  1. Add ability for grantee list to be controlled on fund or advisor level in DonorCentral

    Currently, all grantees are available for all advisors when submitting a grant recommendation. This list of grantees cannot be controlled on the fund or advisor level.
    It would be good if DonorCentral had more fine-tuned setting for grantees.

  2. Add option to hide grantee's address

    At the global settings, it would be nice to have the option to hide grantee's address just like we can hide a donor's address.
