Ability to edit lock out messages
Would like to be able to edit Lock Out Message that appears after failed attempt to log into Spectrum.

When a web user can't remember their password and resets it, the system message only gives them a new password. The message doesnt address the fact that they are locked out. I'd like to edit the message, asking them to either wait the set number of minutes before a lock out expires, or to contact our office for assistance.
