  3. For donor-advised fund sponsors, it is very important to track grant recommendations that will be processed only in the event of the fund requestor's death. We refer to these as surviving grant recommendations. Please consider adding a module, very similar to the designated module, that would allow a donor to see current, enter new, and/or edit/modify existing, surviving grant recommendations. It would be necessary for the module to allow the entry of percentages and/or amounts for each surviving recommendation. It would also be helpful if the module allowed for surviving recommendations to be converted into active grants.

  4. Currently, in FCCP, there can be different contacts showing on the home page, but it is based on fund. We need it based on constituent (which of our staff is assigned as their relationship manager/solicitor in RE).

  5. Please allow us to opt a single user out of MFA. We have some older fund holders who do not understand MFA and it greatly frustrates them. Their frustration impacts their desire to do business with us.

  6. In FCCP, on the Gift History page, please add the ability to show columns for email address and phone number from RE for each gift. This would allow fund holders to contact via email or phone, not just mail, to thank donors to their fund.

  7. Users complain that after selecting a grant recipient from the search results, the grayed-out fields containing the recipient information are difficult or impossible to read. I've got settings on both my own computers optimized for webpage viewing, and still find this info hard to read. There is not enough contrast between the gray text and gray field background.

  8. Create a business rule allowing us to turn on auto unlock after X minutes. Currently users are locked until we as admin unlock them. Most of the time they are entering their password wrong, and if it unlocks after 30 or 60 minutes, we could communicate that to them to avoid us having to unlock manually.

  9. We are thrilled to have the new regrant feature!

    Please update the term to something like "Repeat Past Grant(s)." In the nonprofit world, regrant has a specific meaning - it means when an organization receives money and then grants it back out (like flow-through dollars one org might receive from another).

  10. Our clients can currently establish a recurring gift into their Donor-Advised Fund. However, they have no access to manage that gift themselves. They must contact our organization to make any changes. Users are accustomed to things like online bills where they can manage their transactions and payment methods themselves. Please add a way for the donors to manage their own recurring gifts. This should include being able to change the amount, the frequency, and the payment method (such as updating to a new payment method if their credit card was lost/stolen & cancelled).   12. In the FC Portal Saved Reccomendations grid, there does not appear to be a column available to show the donor when their grant is scheduled to be paid. Making this column available to display in the grid would cut donn on donor confusion and calls. (See Case #00016068 for more detail.)

  13. When our donor advised fund holders make a grant recommendation, they would like to see a recap of the grant recommendation on the final page before hitting the submit button. The final page lists the details for "Acknowledgment" and has a subtitle for "Review and Submit" but doesn't actually contain any grant information to be reviewed before submitting.

  14. Currently fund holders can run fund statement reports for periods that are not complete. For example, on 10/1 someone could run a report for 9/1-9/30, however as of 10/1 we haven't run month end processes. If we could limit the to date on reports somewhere in business rules, then each month we could advance the date after we run our month end close routines.

  15. Similar to the Grant request/recommendation feature where you can submit a recurring grant to an outside agency, we would like to request the ability to include a recurring option for interfund transfers to another charitable fund housed at our Foundation.

  18. Allow for gift attachments to be turned off. Currently all attachments to a gift record in RE flow over to Foundation Cloud Community Portal's gift record. At a Community Foundation, for example, this results in the fund holder seeing attachments, which could include donor communication (acknowledgement letters) and copies of the check/gift details, which are confidential. Alternatively, only include gift attachments with certain tags in Foundation Cloud Community Portal.

  19. Currently, the acknowledgement name and address for the default fund that appears on the Fund Summary page is the one that shows up when a donor makes a Grant Recommendation. We have donors that have multiple funds with us. We would like the acknowledgment name and address that defaults when a donor makes a Grant Recommendation to be the one linked to the Source Fund that is selected on the first page of the Grant Recommendation and not necessarily the one that is selected from the Fund Summary page.

  20. Currently only one FCG requestor type can drill down in FCCP's Fund Summary page, regardless of the FCCP role. Please allow us to turn on the ability to drill down for other requestor types.
