Ability for clients to delete a saved grant recommendation
When reviewing saved grant recommendations, next to each saved recommendation there is an ellipsis that houses 3 options (open, open recipient, and duplicate). There should be a fourth option to delete a saved grant recommendation.
Currently users have to contact us as the administrators to delete these, but they should have access to do so themselves. Please add this functionality.

Configure/enforce a payment number max on grant request
Currently we can suggest or enforce a minimum grant amount in FCCP with configuration settings in Site Admin. We would also like the ability to enforce a max number of payments when the setting to allow for multi-payment is on. This will help us guide our donors to a reasonable amount of payments per request.

Improve basic user functionality for Giving Opportunity tool
Improve the basic user functionality for the Giving opportunity tool - allow users to sort, filter and/or search on this page. Ideally, add more columns of data so that clients with a higher volume of proposals they wish to display can expect donors to be able to navigate the page fairly easily to find what they are looking for.

Add preferred email filter to FCCP Contact Us Tile configuration options. We had our CEO's personal email appearing on the portal because this tile cannot filter to preferred and had to remove that email from our CRM so that it did not appear online.

fund list
For users that are advisors to multiple funds, allow configuration of their fund dropdown: 1) set a default fund to appear first in their list of funds, and/or 2) configuration options to set the order of funds as they appear in the dropdown list.

Disable registration page when not active
When we have the link to register inactive, the registration page can still be accessed via direct web address or old link. We would like see this disabled if not active. We have had a few folks attempt to register with links that are far outdated.

Viewing data on recurring grants in portal

Allow for clients to configure Grant Recommendations grid to include non-FCCP submitted grants as well.
We highly recommend the ability for a client to enable the FCCP Grant Recommendations grid to include grants submitted outside of FCCP as well. We already have users that are looking here for grants that may have been submitted by fax or email and input into FCG, or historical grants, and are very confused. We are trying to redirect them to Grant History, but those layers are confusing for many fundholders. A more comprehensive grant status tracking tool with configuration options to allow for non-FCCP requests as well would be ideal.

Grant Recipient Search Instructions
Bring back the ability to add instructions on the Grant Recipient Search screen. This page customization was made obsolete with Version 2.8.1.0 (Released: 3/24/2024). We used this content to remind donors grants can only be made to qualified donees and to refer to our Grants Policy.

Surviving Grant Recommendations
For donor-advised fund sponsors, it is very important to track grant recommendations that will be processed only in the event of the fund requestor's death. We refer to these as surviving grant recommendations. Please consider adding a module, very similar to the designated module, that would allow a donor to see current, enter new, and/or edit/modify existing, surviving grant recommendations. It would be necessary for the module to allow the entry of percentages and/or amounts for each surviving recommendation. It would also be helpful if the module allowed for surviving recommendations to be converted into active grants.

Gift History number of gifts per page
On the gift history page, remove the availability to edit the number of gifts per page. Or have system admins be able to toggle that off.
We want this page so fund holders can see the name and date of gift, but by allowing fund holders to change to 1 gift per page, they can see the page total on the gift history and know the gift amount.1 vote -

Can a column be added to show appeals in the gift history? We track through appeals and so do our clients.

Allow an organization to opt a user out of MFA
Please allow us to opt a single user out of MFA. We have some older fund holders who do not understand MFA and it greatly frustrates them. Their frustration impacts their desire to do business with us.

Contact - Base the contact that shows for portal user on home page based on their assigned relationship manager/solicitor in RE, not by fund
Currently, in FCCP, there can be different contacts showing on the home page, but it is based on fund. We need it based on constituent (which of our staff is assigned as their relationship manager/solicitor in RE).

Grant recipient data contrast
Users complain that after selecting a grant recipient from the search results, the grayed-out fields containing the recipient information are difficult or impossible to read. I've got settings on both my own computers optimized for webpage viewing, and still find this info hard to read. There is not enough contrast between the gray text and gray field background.

Change the term "regrant"
We are thrilled to have the new regrant feature!
Please update the term to something like "Repeat Past Grant(s)." In the nonprofit world, regrant has a specific meaning - it means when an organization receives money and then grants it back out (like flow-through dollars one org might receive from another).

Email and Phone in Gift History
In FCCP, on the Gift History page, please add the ability to show columns for email address and phone number from RE for each gift. This would allow fund holders to contact via email or phone, not just mail, to thank donors to their fund.

Give donor ability to edit/cancel recurring gift
Our clients can currently establish a recurring gift into their Donor-Advised Fund. However, they have no access to manage that gift themselves. They must contact our organization to make any changes. Users are accustomed to things like online bills where they can manage their transactions and payment methods themselves. Please add a way for the donors to manage their own recurring gifts. This should include being able to change the amount, the frequency, and the payment method (such as updating to a new payment method if their credit card was lost/stolen & cancelled). Create a business rule allowing us to turn on auto unlock after X minutes.
Create a business rule allowing us to turn on auto unlock after X minutes. Currently users are locked until we as admin unlock them. Most of the time they are entering their password wrong, and if it unlocks after 30 or 60 minutes, we could communicate that to them to avoid us having to unlock manually.
