1. Export the Organization on Alternate Address tab when running reports

   When running profile reports, the Organization name on the Alternate Address tab doesn't export. Please code this to be included when addresses are pulled from the Alternate Address tab.

   The alternate address information and org name on the alternate address tab does export out using a data grid in the Profile module, along with the User Defined Profile Export and the Export to Word Processing.

2. Enhanced 1099 capabilities

   Enhance FIMS functions for 1099 adjustments. The 1099 vendor report with fund info only allows to run 1099's with adjustments to grantees. This should be enhanced to be able to run with vendor and grantee adjustments. That way one process is in place to be able to run 1099 reports by division.

   The 1099 vendor report with fund does show vendor adjustments as well. The table shows grantee, but the Field is vendor. Vendors and grantees share the same database table.

   Grantees typically do not receive 1099s.

3. Report on unpaid and paid grants while showing all payments and their pay dates per grant.

   It is very helpful to be able to report on all posted grants (paid and unpaid) and see a list of each individual payment with the GL Apply date. Currently FIMS doesn't have a single report that includes all of this detailed information.

   The Grant History with Payments Report shows posted grants with payment information for each line in the payment plan and shows paid and unpaid payments:

4. Fund Module - quick fund status report - from data grid view

   it would be nice if we could create a data grid view that mirror the fund balance tab information that someone could view, and print off a report from quickly

   In the Fund module, a data grid can be created using the Functions to add $Available to Spend and $FundBalance to the data grid view. The data grid can be exported out or a report can be generated which can then be printed.
