  1. Add password instructions to DonorCentral log in screen

    Please add additional password set-up instructions on the initial screen donors see when they are establishing their access. It might also need to be added on the reset password page. Something along the lines of:

    Passwords MUST:

    • Contain eight characters or more
    • Contain characters from two of the following three character classes:
    1. Capital/uppercase letter
    2. Numeric (i.e. 0-9)
    3. Punctuation or other special characters (i.e. !@#$%^&*)

  2. Add ability to see advisors associated with a fund, when you only know fund name.

    I am not the FIMS user in our office and when the FIMS user is out of the office, I cannot view fund info without knowing the fund advisor name.

  3. DonorCentral NXT Advisor View - Advisor Search

    When you search for an advisor in Advisor View, the results only show what appears to be the Report Name field from FIMS. In cases where a profile has a partner, it will show "Mr. and Mrs. X". It would be more helpful if it showed the individual donor's name behind the account and possibly their account email address. We have cases where partners have separate accounts (for different funds in some cases) and we can't tell the difference just looking at the list of results.

    Multiple staff on our end who use the Advisor View have asked for this…

  4. Remove DonorCentral NXT filters after user logs out

    Please consider clearing out filters after donors log off the system. Most other systems that I have used do not keep filters active after logging out. This may be confusing to donors who expect the system to refresh once they have logged out.
