    This feature gives Foundation staffs an more complete picture of an organization's work as most organizations may serve multiple geographies or multiple populations etc. Logic question ability is helpful since organizations spend time filling out what is pertinent/potentially helpful to them.

    This is a critical feature in using technology to automate workflows and is critical to maintaining two way communications with grantees.

    This is an extremely important feature since staff can help a user (who may not be a frequent user of the system) get what they need to get done by giving targeted coaching. This support the concepts of trust based philanthropy. Thanks
