Locked Grant Requests by web user
What does it mean when GE reports that a grant request is locked by the web user? If the grant request has been submitted, and we see it in GE, how can the web user still have a lock on the request?
UPDATE: It appears this issue occurs when a grant request is submitted and the donor remains on the submission screen. I tested it and the lock clears when I refresh the page, or move to a different page. I would like to suggest a feature update to the grant request submission process; once a grant request is submitted correctly, in addition to the pop-up notification that displays, I would suggest the page be refreshed, or reset, back to the default grant request screen. I believe this would resolve the locked grant issue we are encountering.
