We are finding that many of our clients are struggling to use the recipient search. I think they are used to interfaces that respond once text is inputted or with use of the "enter" key. They are typing a recipient name and then seeing the 'No Matching Results' and not clicking search. Perhaps 'No Matching Results' could be removed and only display if the search button is clicked and no results are found? Better yet, perhaps it could be responsive to what the client is typing?
