Show password option

There's no "Show Password" option when logging in. If you have common keyboard issues like double-keying or skipping letters, it's hard to tell if you've entered it correctly. This can cause a user lockout if you mistype it too many times.

    I am requesting a Show Password OPTION, not for it to show by default. It just helps to be able to get a peak, at least.

    I received a message that I was locked out and needed to have my password reset due to too many attempts last week, however, I was able to get back in this morning so perhaps the pop-up message just needs to be updated to "FIMS will close..."
