    This would also eliminate the need to manually track recurring grants and add them to batches at the appropriate time. Increases staff efficiency.

    It is honestly difficult to test configuration and troubleshoot issues without the ability to proxy as another user. We can't easily replicate issues ourselves and have to rely on users' descriptions and screenshots.
