It appears our client already have the ability to cancel a recurring grant request if they submitted the request through the portal (not if it's something from before we implemented SWP or that was submitted offline via email/letter). We want them to have access to manage those grants too. They do not currently have the ability to edit the request (such as increasing the amount). We want them to have that ability as well.
