Site Administration Export should include Fund Name and Rep Type
When we pull data on who has logged into the portal or who is active in the portal, we want to know what fund a person is associated with without having to go to FIMS. Two more columns (Fund Name - with ability to pull multiple names, as appropriate - and Rep Type) would make the download so much more useful.

Pull donor names from Acknowledgement Name and not Report Name in FIMS for use with DonorCentral
For the donor names and addresses that display in DC NXT, the organization names and addresses are pulled from the gift Acknowledgement fields in FIMS but the donor name is pulled from the Report Name on Profile 1. Can the donor name be pulled from the gift acknowledgement field instead? This will always be the most accurate field as the report name is more likely to change on a profile over time. Add Outstanding Pledges for a fund to DonorCentral
It would be most useful to be able to see any outstanding pledges associated with a Fund on Donor Central, in addition to the "pledges paid" category which already exists.
It would be even better if we could see outstanding pledges per individual as opposed to Fund, but my understanding is that Donor Central reports on Funds, not Profiles.

Make Recurring grants visible to ALL fund advisors
This is would be very helpful so that donors and the professional advisors they work with could all see the same information. When donors work closely with others, whether it is family members, or trusted professionals, they need the confidence to see that what they've requested has been implemented and everyone with access to the fund should be able to see the same information.

Ability to hide gift amount in DonorCentral Gift Display
We love the fact that gift information (name, address) can be displayed on the "Gift" page in DonorCentral. This allows fund advisors to write thank you notes and track gifts in one central place. However, we do NOT inform fund advisors on the AMOUNT of a contribution. There is no way to 'hide' the gift amount in DC (so that it is not associated with the gift contact information). Add Donor & Fund grant anonymity in DonorCentral
We have coded our fundholders who wish to grant anonymously in the fund module, but that coding doesn't flow into DonorCentral NXT. Could that happen at some point?

Remove contact information from grants page in DonorCentral in the Grant Details
When our fundholders see grantee contact name, phone number and email on the grants page in donor central it causes confusion if it doesn't match with their records

New DonorCentral - allow non-recurring grant recommendations to be future dated.
Donors may decide at the beginning of the year when they receive endowment reports what they want to donate for the year, but don't want the donations to go out until later in the year. It would be great if they could go ahead an add them as recommendations while they are working on them instead of having to remember later to add them.

DonorCentral NXT additions to grant recommendation form
Please add the following fields to the grant recommendation form so they will be included in the email we receive to process the grants: FUND ID, DONOR NAME, FIMS ID. This information was included with the grant recommendation emails we received with the old version of DC.

Admin alerts when grants have not been fully submitted
In our previous Donor Central software, we received an email alert notifying us when a donor began but did not fully submit a grant request from their fund. In the new software, apparently there is no way for our Foundation to be notified when a grant has not been fully submitted. It apparently only shows up in the donors individual profile as unsubmitted recommendations.

Grant confirmation emails for recurring grants should be differentiated from single occurance grants.
Our internal finance controls need to be able to track recurring grants for auditing purposes. Having a quick way to tell recurring grants apart from single time grants would greatly improve our ability to track recurring grants.

Increase number of fund statements in single upload
Please increase the number of FIMS Fund Statements that we can upload at one time. FIMS, on premise, we are limited to uploading 100 Fund Statements, plus the contents file. We currently have over 12,000 donor funds, which means we are creating 120 different files and uploading over 120 different times, EVERY Quarter. Our executive team wants us to generate monthly statements, so this problem will get worse.

Provide the ability to list all unsubmitted grant recommendation and print them out
Similar to when a grant is fully paid or in a pending state it would be helpful to offer advisor the ability to see and print a full list of unsubmitted grant recommendations

Allow larger branding logos to be uploaded on DonorCentral NXT login page
Currently the size of an Organization logo that can be uploaded to DonorCentral NXT is limited to 400 pixels wide by 60 pixels high. This is a very small logo. A larger logo would look nicer and be more visible.

Give option for active/inactive on Grant Opportunities
We often put grant opportunties in front of our fundholders that are cyclical (i.e. we'll post the same grant opportunity every spring). It would be nice to have the ability to keep grant opportunities inactive, so that they don't show up in the list, but so we could just edit them and make them active again when the time comes.

Add Obvious sort function in DonorCentral
It would be massively beneficial for my fundholders to obviously know there is a sort option on columns in DonorCentral. At present, it isn't clear/visually delineated/intuitive. The result is that fundholders call and complain about data being presented in a jumbled manner.

Add option to hide grantee's address
At the global settings, it would be nice to have the option to hide grantee's address just like we can hide a donor's address.

DonorCentral NXT Login Screen Text
We're currently limited to 175 characters for the login screen text that displays for donors. It's not enough. The default text we were given for our site was even over 175. When we went to change it, it wouldn't allow us to change it until it went under 175.

Allow the submission of more than (5) grant recommendations at one time
In the current version of Donor Central NXT a fund advisor is limited to submitting (5) grant recommendations at a time. So when an advisor has more than (5) unsubmitted recommendations there is a 'select all' option that is presented to submit the recommendations. However, when you select that option it is not truly submitting all unsubmitted recommendations. Instead it is only submitting the (5) that are presented on the screen at the time the checkbox is selected. This would give Foundation's the ability to communicate more effectively with our Donors.
