DonorCentral NXT additions to grant recommendation form
Please add the following fields to the grant recommendation form so they will be included in the email we receive to process the grants: FUND ID, DONOR NAME, FIMS ID. This information was included with the grant recommendation emails we received with the old version of DC.

Grant confirmation emails for recurring grants should be differentiated from single occurance grants.
Our internal finance controls need to be able to track recurring grants for auditing purposes. Having a quick way to tell recurring grants apart from single time grants would greatly improve our ability to track recurring grants.

Allow the submission of more than (5) grant recommendations at one time
In the current version of Donor Central NXT a fund advisor is limited to submitting (5) grant recommendations at a time. So when an advisor has more than (5) unsubmitted recommendations there is a 'select all' option that is presented to submit the recommendations. However, when you select that option it is not truly submitting all unsubmitted recommendations. Instead it is only submitting the (5) that are presented on the screen at the time the checkbox is selected. Consider making the note under fund activity editable
This would give Foundation's the ability to communicate more effectively with our Donors.

DonorCentral NXT Login Screen Text
We're currently limited to 175 characters for the login screen text that displays for donors. It's not enough. The default text we were given for our site was even over 175. When we went to change it, it wouldn't allow us to change it until it went under 175.

Add ability to share files only to certain advisors or group of advisors in DonorCentral
Currently, on the Resources tab in DonorCentral you can upload public documents that all advisors in DonorCentral see. Would be good to be able to have the ability to share files with only certain users or groups of users.
