Can Appeals be shown in the Gift History Tab?
Can a column be added to show appeals in the gift history? We track through appeals and so do our clients.

Email Log
Please create a log to view sent emails with outcome information (success or bounce-back, etc.) for ANY emails sent from Spectrum. Specifically, in the Application Admin area, there is no way to see email log for emails sent in the Manage Supplemental area. See case number Case #00017942.

Allow an organization to opt a user out of MFA
Please allow us to opt a single user out of MFA. We have some older fund holders who do not understand MFA and it greatly frustrates them. Their frustration impacts their desire to do business with us.

Test Web Apps Where Submission has a Status of Committed
Currently, we are unable to test a web app in FCCP that has been configured with a submit status of Committed. When an applicant submits an application that has a submit status of Committed rather than Submitted, the applicant can continue to make changes to their application up until the end date of a cyclical application. Once the cycle has closed, their application is no longer editable, but is still considered submitted. Contact - Base the contact that shows for portal user on home page based on their assigned relationship manager/solicitor in RE, not by fund
Currently, in FCCP, there can be different contacts showing on the home page, but it is based on fund. We need it based on constituent (which of our staff is assigned as their relationship manager/solicitor in RE).

Clarify/Link to Mobile Apps on MFA setup page
On the Verify an Account (MFA setup) link to the Microsoft and Twillio apps (both apple and google) rather than require the user to search the store on their own. This may help users not fall into scams of paying for apps. For example, searching apple for "MS Authenticator App" results in the top listing for a paid app.
Or add to this page that both options are free, if a user has a paid app they have the wrong app.

Grant recipient data contrast
Users complain that after selecting a grant recipient from the search results, the grayed-out fields containing the recipient information are difficult or impossible to read. I've got settings on both my own computers optimized for webpage viewing, and still find this info hard to read. There is not enough contrast between the gray text and gray field background.

Grant Recipient Search
The Recipient search "Past Grants" wording is way too small and too light for our elderly donors to see. It should be highlighted in Blue like the other hyperlinks. And move "Cannot Find a recipient? Add a new one" hyperlink option directly beneath "Past Grants". It doesn't make sense a Donor must scroll all the way down past grants to click "Cannot Find a recipient? Add a new one". It is very frustrating for our Donors making grant requests.

Ability to gather usage statistics including: number of grants requested, most visited page, document views, page views, etc.

Change the term "regrant"
We are thrilled to have the new regrant feature!
Please update the term to something like "Repeat Past Grant(s)." In the nonprofit world, regrant has a specific meaning - it means when an organization receives money and then grants it back out (like flow-through dollars one org might receive from another).

Sync secondary phone number to CRM
In Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FFCP) a client can enter a primary phone number and a secondary phone number. You can see that information in the Web Processing Queue of Foundation Cloud Grants (FCG) when a new client registers for the portal or when an existing client updates their information. When the client's information is updated/synced to the CRM, only the primary phone number is syncing over. The secondary phone number is not added. It is lost, and there is no indication to our staff users that this information was not added to the constituent record.

Email and Phone in Gift History
In FCCP, on the Gift History page, please add the ability to show columns for email address and phone number from RE for each gift. This would allow fund holders to contact via email or phone, not just mail, to thank donors to their fund.

Give donor ability to edit/cancel recurring gift
Our clients can currently establish a recurring gift into their Donor-Advised Fund. However, they have no access to manage that gift themselves. They must contact our organization to make any changes. Users are accustomed to things like online bills where they can manage their transactions and payment methods themselves. Please add a way for the donors to manage their own recurring gifts. This should include being able to change the amount, the frequency, and the payment method (such as updating to a new payment method if their credit card was lost/stolen & cancelled). Edit Error Message
Add Ability to edit error messages in FCCP. (Example: a user forgot which email they use to login to our portal and tried to hit "forgot password" link. But the error code simply read "The email failed." vs a better error code would be "that email does not exist in our system" or "no user with that email"

Create a business rule allowing us to turn on auto unlock after X minutes.
Create a business rule allowing us to turn on auto unlock after X minutes. Currently users are locked until we as admin unlock them. Most of the time they are entering their password wrong, and if it unlocks after 30 or 60 minutes, we could communicate that to them to avoid us having to unlock manually.

Add grant details to submit page
When our donor advised fund holders make a grant recommendation, they would like to see a recap of the grant recommendation on the final page before hitting the submit button. The final page lists the details for "Acknowledgment" and has a subtitle for "Review and Submit" but doesn't actually contain any grant information to be reviewed before submitting.

Grant recipient search: "cannot find" should be AFTER search box
The recipient search dialog box contains, in this order:
1) instructions to enter search term
2) link to click if one cannot find the desired search term
3) the search field.
Item #2 logically should come after #3.3 votes
