Can a column be added to show appeals in the gift history? We track through appeals and so do our clients.

Grant Recipient Search
The Recipient search "Past Grants" wording is way too small and too light for our elderly donors to see. It should be highlighted in Blue like the other hyperlinks. And move "Cannot Find a recipient? Add a new one" hyperlink option directly beneath "Past Grants". It doesn't make sense a Donor must scroll all the way down past grants to click "Cannot Find a recipient? Add a new one". It is very frustrating for our Donors making grant requests.

Sync secondary phone number to CRM
In Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FFCP) a client can enter a primary phone number and a secondary phone number. You can see that information in the Web Processing Queue of Foundation Cloud Grants (FCG) when a new client registers for the portal or when an existing client updates their information. When the client's information is updated/synced to the CRM, only the primary phone number is syncing over. The secondary phone number is not added. It is lost, and there is no indication to our staff users that this information was not added to the constituent record.

Email and Phone in Gift History
In FCCP, on the Gift History page, please add the ability to show columns for email address and phone number from RE for each gift. This would allow fund holders to contact via email or phone, not just mail, to thank donors to their fund.

Please have a way for grant applicants to register as their own organization and not their fiscal sponsor (if they have a fiscal sponser).

Clarify/Link to Mobile Apps on MFA setup page
On the Verify an Account (MFA setup) link to the Microsoft and Twillio apps (both apple and google) rather than require the user to search the store on their own. This may help users not fall into scams of paying for apps. For example, searching apple for "MS Authenticator App" results in the top listing for a paid app.
Or add to this page that both options are free, if a user has a paid app they have the wrong app.

Prohibit reports from being run on future dates
Currently fund holders can run fund statement reports for periods that are not complete. For example, on 10/1 someone could run a report for 9/1-9/30, however as of 10/1 we haven't run month end processes. If we could limit the to date on reports somewhere in business rules, then each month we could advance the date after we run our month end close routines.

Create a business rule allowing us to turn on auto unlock after X minutes.
Create a business rule allowing us to turn on auto unlock after X minutes. Currently users are locked until we as admin unlock them. Most of the time they are entering their password wrong, and if it unlocks after 30 or 60 minutes, we could communicate that to them to avoid us having to unlock manually.

Turn off "Copy Fundraising Link" option on donation form page
Recently, NPact added functionality to allow fund advisors to copy and share a link to the public for making donations to their fund. However, this requires each individual fund to be made public in FCG. If the fund is not made public, the user received a message that says, "This fund is not public so only registered users with access to this fund will be able to access it. Do you want to continue?" None of our funds are public, so these links would not work for any of our clients. Ideally, we would like these fundraising links to not…

Grant recipient data contrast
Users complain that after selecting a grant recipient from the search results, the grayed-out fields containing the recipient information are difficult or impossible to read. I've got settings on both my own computers optimized for webpage viewing, and still find this info hard to read. There is not enough contrast between the gray text and gray field background.

Ability to gather usage statistics including: number of grants requested, most visited page, document views, page views, etc.

Instructions / Text
Each page of FCCP should have a setting in Page Settings allowing a block of custom text at the top of the page, under the page title. It could be used for special instructions for that page or however the customer wants to use it. For example, on the reports page, we could add a paragraph of text explaining when reports are updated at month end.

Grant recipient search: "cannot find" should be AFTER search box
The recipient search dialog box contains, in this order:
1) instructions to enter search term
2) link to click if one cannot find the desired search term
3) the search field.

Change the term "regrant"
We are thrilled to have the new regrant feature!
Please update the term to something like "Repeat Past Grant(s)." In the nonprofit world, regrant has a specific meaning - it means when an organization receives money and then grants it back out (like flow-through dollars one org might receive from another).

Identify MFA text option as 'text' rather than 'SMS'
Please identify the MFA text option as "text" in the "My account" area of the portal. Currently it appears as "SMS," if it is the option the user selected, and many people do not know what SMS means. It would also be helpful if you would spell out "Multi-factor authentication," since many people do not recognize the acronym MFA.
