  1. Each page of FCCP should have a setting in Page Settings allowing a block of custom text at the top of the page, under the page title. It could be used for special instructions for that page or however the customer wants to use it. For example, on the reports page, we could add a paragraph of text explaining when reports are updated at month end.

  2. A mobile app is desperately needed for Foundation Cloud Community Portal, our donors are experiencing difficulty with entering data when logged in on a mobile device.

  3. The recipient search dialog box contains, in this order:
    1) instructions to enter search term
    2) link to click if one cannot find the desired search term
    3) the search field.
    Item #2 logically should come after #3.

  5. We are thrilled to have the new regrant feature!

    Please update the term to something like "Repeat Past Grant(s)." In the nonprofit world, regrant has a specific meaning - it means when an organization receives money and then grants it back out (like flow-through dollars one org might receive from another).

  6. Please identify the MFA text option as "text" in the "My account" area of the portal. Currently it appears as "SMS," if it is the option the user selected, and many people do not know what SMS means. It would also be helpful if you would spell out "Multi-factor authentication," since many people do not recognize the acronym MFA.

  8. Please create a log to view sent emails with outcome information (success or bounce-back, etc.) for ANY emails sent from Spectrum. Specifically, in the Application Admin area, there is no way to see email log for emails sent in the Manage Supplemental area. See case number Case #00017942.

  9. Please allow us to opt a single user out of MFA. We have some older fund holders who do not understand MFA and it greatly frustrates them. Their frustration impacts their desire to do business with us.

  10. Add Ability to edit error messages in FCCP. (Example: a user forgot which email they use to login to our portal and tried to hit "forgot password" link. But the error code simply read "The email failed." vs a better error code would be "that email does not exist in our system" or "no user with that email"

  12. When our donor advised fund holders make a grant recommendation, they would like to see a recap of the grant recommendation on the final page before hitting the submit button. The final page lists the details for "Acknowledgment" and has a subtitle for "Review and Submit" but doesn't actually contain any grant information to be reviewed before submitting.

  13. Currently only one FCG requestor type can drill down in FCCP's Fund Summary page, regardless of the FCCP role. Please allow us to turn on the ability to drill down for other requestor types.

  14. Our clients can currently establish a recurring gift into their Donor-Advised Fund. However, they have no access to manage that gift themselves. They must contact our organization to make any changes. Users are accustomed to things like online bills where they can manage their transactions and payment methods themselves. Please add a way for the donors to manage their own recurring gifts. This should include being able to change the amount, the frequency, and the payment method (such as updating to a new payment method if their credit card was lost/stolen & cancelled).   15. For all NPact products, create a status portal such as https://status.blackbaud.com, https://status.office365.com, etc. It doesn't need to be fancy, just a place to let your customers know if there is a known issue, and the status of that known issue.

  17. Could the Foundation Cloud Grants have a spot for us to input what is actually available in the fund for the donor advisor to spend in their fund to recommend a grant in the portal? When they log into the portal, they can see the balance and often times get confused that they can recommend ALL of the fund balance, when we need to save some money to cover fees. It would just be something that would be front facing for the donor advisor to see and the site admin would have to input after the allocation is available for…

  18. It would be very nice to see a function on the portal that would show recorded interfund transfers (more than just one single line in the fund statement). Many fund advisors rely on these transfers as a source of their income to the fund. It would be nice to see it highlighted within the system in a better managed way with more information (like where the transfer came from, the date, the amount, etc.).

  19. I would love to see functionality in the portal so that we as site admins are able to proxy in as a specific user (whether it be a grantee/donor/fund advisor) to see what they see or are experiencing. Or to be able to function as that user to do a specific task within the portal.

  20. Currently, the MFA configurations are not customizable per organization. Users can select to authenticate via call, text, or mobile app. Additionally, they can use either the Microsoft Authenticator or Twilio Authy apps. Most of our clients are older and this is simply too much to choose from. We would prefer to offer only the call and text option. If we have to offer an app option, we only want to offer the Microsoft app. We do NOT like the Twilio app and do not want to offer it. We will be launching MFA to our clients soon, and we know…
