Remove default selection of mobile authenticator app when configuring MFA
When a user is prompted to configure their MFA settings, the mobile authenticator app method is automatically selected by default. Please remove the automatic check mark selecting this method so that the user must actively choose one of the authentication methods.

Allow for gift attachments to be turned off.
Allow for gift attachments to be turned off. Currently all attachments to a gift record in RE flow over to Foundation Cloud Community Portal's gift record. At a Community Foundation, for example, this results in the fund holder seeing attachments, which could include donor communication (acknowledgement letters) and copies of the check/gift details, which are confidential. Alternatively, only include gift attachments with certain tags in Foundation Cloud Community Portal.

Feedback portal confirmations to include idea text
When you send an email confirming a post made here, please include the suggestion. The current emails merely clog our inboxes, instead of providing a record of what we suggested. And: do we get notified if someone comments on our post? This should likewise include the text.

FC Portal Saved Recommendations grid
In the FC Portal Saved Reccomendations grid, there does not appear to be a column available to show the donor when their grant is scheduled to be paid. Making this column available to display in the grid would cut donn on donor confusion and calls. (See Case #00016068 for more detail.)

Link Acknowledgement Name and Address Default to Source Fund Selected from Grant Recommendation Page
Currently, the acknowledgement name and address for the default fund that appears on the Fund Summary page is the one that shows up when a donor makes a Grant Recommendation. We have donors that have multiple funds with us. We would like the acknowledgment name and address that defaults when a donor makes a Grant Recommendation to be the one linked to the Source Fund that is selected on the first page of the Grant Recommendation and not necessarily the one that is selected from the Fund Summary page.

Have the application issue intelligible passwords
Please have the app issue intelligible passwords like our previous portal system generated, such as “Goldenrod@25” or “3*greenGRASS.” People have trouble correctly reading and retyping gobbledygook like ”2dhmb@bP2dhmb@bP.,” as has become apparent as we have assisted users. Please also make sure that punctuation marks do not appear at the end of the password, as they can be misinterpreted as grammatically ending the sentence instead of as part of the password.

See all recurring grant requests in FCCP
Currently, our donors have no way to see a list of ALL recurring grant requests. The Recommendation Status page has a tab designed to show recurring requests, but it only shows recurring requests that were submitted by the donor from within Spectrum. It does not show recurring grant requests for the fund that were entered by PCAF due to requests received outside of Spectrum (email/letter/etc.). The recurring requests tab on Recommendation Status displays the recurring request multiple times, making it very difficult to understand.

Applicant Portal - show all grant award types
Nonprofits being about to see award ["History"] for competitive grants and DAF grants that they receive. Is this something we could add to the product roadmap?
From the organization/applicant perspective: can a nonprofit login into their Spectrum account and see all of their grants ["History"] (competitive and noncompetitive (DAF))? There is an interest in having all grant types for an organization visible in Spectrum. Is there a way to pull DAF grant details, or other grant types that were not competitive, into Spectrum?

SWP changes not accessible in UI
Grant ["History"] page > click ellipsis. They want to remove “Open Recipient” as an option. Also, relabel “Create Recommendation” to “Repeat Grant”. And Relabel "Next Tab" and "Previous Tab" buttons to "Next" and "Back" on the grant/transfer recommendation form.

Spectrum Reviewer Portal - Rewording (or customizability) of the Review Tab
I love how I can customize our portal. This is just an aesthetic preference, but it would be cool if I could customize how the Questions for Review appear. (Again, this is just an aesthetic preference as the functionality of this area works well.)
- It would be nice if I could change the header “Questions For Review” to say “Criteria” or something like that.
- If I could also change “Question” to “Criteria.”

Spectrum Reviewer Portal - add an integrated Media Player
Some of our applications require applicants to upload media samples of their work—this can be images, written samples, audio, or video recordings. Unfortunately, Spectrum does not have a media player for audio/video samples. I have a workaround for this now, but it would be awesome if that functionality could be added in the future.

Ability to see comments in Grant ["History"] to appear in Spectrum.
Can you add Comment to the fields available in Grant ["History"] in Spectrum?
When a check is voided in FE for a grant and reissue; a check to the same Grantee, they prefer not to void the grant. But rather issue a Comment in the grant noting the reissue. However, on the Spectrum Portal, I don’t see a field in the Grant ["History"] for Comments.

Donor Forum
A way for fundholders to chat with other fundholders at the foundation. They can talk about where they gave to recently and why a cause was important to them. It’s like a networking forum.

SWP Donor Portal - manage recurring grant requests
When a fundholder requests a recurring grant from their fund, they don’t have a way of managing them after the fact. Donors need a way to cancel or modify their recurring grants.

Limit relationship-based access to funds in SWP
A foundation may have multiple Fund Relationship Types for tracking advisors/requestors in GE, but some of these users shouldn’t get any fund access in SWP.

SWP/GE Fund Investments - add Discrete Amounts
ESS allows funds to be configured with investment strategies containing a mix of discrete amounts and percentages. For example, a fund can be configured to have $20,000 in Pool A , then the remainder goes 60% to Pool B and 40% to Pool C.
But Spectrum and GE don’t handle amounts like this – just percentages. In the above example, a fundholder would see an investment strategy of 60% Pool B and 40% in Pool C, but they can’t see the 20K in Pool A.
- The EMStrategyDetails table needs additional fields for DetailAmount and PendingAmount

Spectrum News Feed - ability to email news announcements to portal users
Under Site Admin, News Feeds, users can create new “News Item” posts for any role. Users have requested the ability to send an email to all active SWP users for the selected role, and the email would contain the News Item content.
Users would be prompted something like, “This News Item will be emailed to 426 Fund Holders. Are you sure you wish to proceed?” (Yes/No, default NO)
