  1. Users complain that after selecting a grant recipient from the search results, the grayed-out fields containing the recipient information are difficult or impossible to read. I've got settings on both my own computers optimized for webpage viewing, and still find this info hard to read. There is not enough contrast between the gray text and gray field background.

  2. Each page of FCCP should have a setting in Page Settings allowing a block of custom text at the top of the page, under the page title. It could be used for special instructions for that page or however the customer wants to use it. For example, on the reports page, we could add a paragraph of text explaining when reports are updated at month end.

  4. For all NPact products, create a status portal such as https://status.blackbaud.com, https://status.office365.com, etc. It doesn't need to be fancy, just a place to let your customers know if there is a known issue, and the status of that known issue.

  5. Under Site Admin, News Feeds, users can create new “News Item” posts for any role. Users have requested the ability to send an email to all active SWP users for the selected role, and the email would contain the News Item content.

    Users would be prompted something like, “This News Item will be emailed to 426 Fund Holders. Are you sure you wish to proceed?” (Yes/No, default NO)

  6. Currently we can suggest or enforce a minimum grant amount in FCCP with configuration settings in Site Admin. We would also like the ability to enforce a max number of payments when the setting to allow for multi-payment is on. This will help us guide our donors to a reasonable amount of payments per request.

  7. For donor-advised fund sponsors, it is very important to track grant recommendations that will be processed only in the event of the fund requestor's death. We refer to these as surviving grant recommendations. Please consider adding a module, very similar to the designated module, that would allow a donor to see current, enter new, and/or edit/modify existing, surviving grant recommendations. It would be necessary for the module to allow the entry of percentages and/or amounts for each surviving recommendation. It would also be helpful if the module allowed for surviving recommendations to be converted into active grants.

  8. We'd like an additional option to filter by date under the My Saved Applications page. Internally we use a profile that is linked to all the organization applicants so that we can go into FCCP and make edits to their applications or submit on their behalf when they are having issues doing this on their own. When they have too many historical applications, this page has a hard time loading (using Show All), is really slow, and sometimes times out and cancels the load altogether.   9. Create a business rule allowing us to turn on auto unlock after X minutes. Currently users are locked until we as admin unlock them. Most of the time they are entering their password wrong, and if it unlocks after 30 or 60 minutes, we could communicate that to them to avoid us having to unlock manually.

  10. The recipient search dialog box contains, in this order:
    1) instructions to enter search term
    2) link to click if one cannot find the desired search term
    3) the search field.
    Item #2 logically should come after #3.

  12. Could the Foundation Cloud Grants have a spot for us to input what is actually available in the fund for the donor advisor to spend in their fund to recommend a grant in the portal? When they log into the portal, they can see the balance and often times get confused that they can recommend ALL of the fund balance, when we need to save some money to cover fees. It would just be something that would be front facing for the donor advisor to see and the site admin would have to input after the allocation is available for…

  13. It would be very nice to see a function on the portal that would show recorded interfund transfers (more than just one single line in the fund statement). Many fund advisors rely on these transfers as a source of their income to the fund. It would be nice to see it highlighted within the system in a better managed way with more information (like where the transfer came from, the date, the amount, etc.).

  14. Allow for gift attachments to be turned off. Currently all attachments to a gift record in RE flow over to Foundation Cloud Community Portal's gift record. At a Community Foundation, for example, this results in the fund holder seeing attachments, which could include donor communication (acknowledgement letters) and copies of the check/gift details, which are confidential. Alternatively, only include gift attachments with certain tags in Foundation Cloud Community Portal.

  15. When you send an email confirming a post made here, please include the suggestion. The current emails merely clog our inboxes, instead of providing a record of what we suggested. And: do we get notified if someone comments on our post? This should likewise include the text.

  16. Gifts failed to process into CRM and had to entered manually. The CRM plugin in SWP was disconnected and had to be reconnected to establish the link again. Feature: An alert of some kind that notifies admin of systems not connected so they can connect right away and not miss any gifts. (Site Admin > Settings > Plugins section)

  17. When we are setting up grant opportunities, it seems like we can only list an existing fund as the recipient. We would like to be able to set the recipient up as a grantee as well so that online grants come through as grant requests and not interfund transfers.

    Feature Request: Would like the option to set up grant opportunities to be grant requests to a recipient instead of interfund transfers as it is now.

  18. I offer the following suggestion as a new feature for Spectrum NXT; it would be extremely helpful if the regrant process routine added the requestor's Default Acknowledgement Letter Addressee information to the grant request.

    As of today, it is my understanding the batch submission of grant requests will not work unless the required fields of each grant request are present. The current regrant process does not add the default acknowledgement data to the newly created grant. Therefore, in order to submit multiple grant requests in a batch, a donor has to open each grant and add the required acknowledgement field(s).

  19. Is it possible to allow our grant applicants to input their EIN number in the org search field and it to bring up their org name? This is on the registration page of the MyTSDF portal for Grant Applicants. We currently have this enabled for donors who make grants, they can search by EIN as the EIN is an alias on the organization record in RE. We need this because we currently have a lot of duplicate orgs in RE and GE and will not be able to clean them up before then.

  20. It would be great if Npact & BB could work on functionality where FCCP credit card contributions automatically create an RE NXT Batch (much like RE NXT online donations do). Right now we have to have a manual process to make sure we don't miss these.
