  1. Currently, the acknowledgement name and address for the default fund that appears on the Fund Summary page is the one that shows up when a donor makes a Grant Recommendation. We have donors that have multiple funds with us. We would like the acknowledgment name and address that defaults when a donor makes a Grant Recommendation to be the one linked to the Source Fund that is selected on the first page of the Grant Recommendation and not necessarily the one that is selected from the Fund Summary page.

  3. Currently if a user is logged in to SWP and clicks refresh on the browser or F5 they are redirected to the login page. The user has to check the box “keep me signed in” at login when they login and if they do that then upon clicking refresh on any screen the user stays on that screen. Also, if they check that box and close the browser and reopen to SWP they stay signed in.

  4. Currently in the Spectrum Portal, the grant ["History"] chart is only able to be filtered by one characteristic. It would be nice to have multiple grant ["History"] charts for each characteristic that can be clicked through like a carousel.

    Steps to dup:
    1. Log into Spectrum as CFNC Spectrum Admin
    2. Fundholder > Grant ["History"]
    3. Chart is only able to be filtered on one characteristic

  5. When reviewing the Contribution ["History"] page in the Spectrum Web Portal, that page is loading incredibly slowly (takes multiple minutes to populate). I'm just getting the spinning "loading" icon in the meantime. It's making it difficult to perform my review of these accounts. Is there any way to get this page to respond faster?

    **Known issue for Funds Admin role. The problem is generating the fund list - not necessarily the grid data for a particular fund.

    User is requesting better handling of the gift ["History"] page for Fund Admin role.

  6. When a reviewer logs in to score scholarship applicants, on the Review tab, the scorer sees the instructions for all the scholarship committees and not just the scholarship committee they are assigned. Is there a way/setting that will allow me to hide the other instructions and only show the instructions for the committee which the reviewer has been assigned?

  7. When we set the address for a new registrant in SWP to be Required - we want all address fields to be required. Currently the zip is not marked as required, and can be skipped. This field need to be marked required when the the address is is configured to be required.

  8. When we are setting up grant opportunities, it seems like we can only list an existing fund as the recipient. We would like to be able to set the recipient up as a grantee as well so that online grants come through as grant requests and not interfund transfers.

    Feature Request: Would like the option to set up grant opportunities to be grant requests to a recipient instead of interfund transfers as it is now.

  10. If the system is down for some reason, it would be helpful for a pop-up to appear stating the system is down. If this is not possible based on the system issue, an email to the main contacts at the organization would be appreciated so we manage calls, etc.

  11. For donor-advised fund sponsors, it is very important to track grant recommendations that will be processed only in the event of the fund requestor's death. We refer to these as surviving grant recommendations. Please consider adding a module, very similar to the designated module, that would allow a donor to see current, enter new, and/or edit/modify existing, surviving grant recommendations. It would be necessary for the module to allow the entry of percentages and/or amounts for each surviving recommendation. It would also be helpful if the module allowed for surviving recommendations to be converted into active grants.

  12. Currently, we are unable to test a web app in FCCP that has been configured with a submit status of Committed. When an applicant submits an application that has a submit status of Committed rather than Submitted, the applicant can continue to make changes to their application up until the end date of a cyclical application. Once the cycle has closed, their application is no longer editable, but is still considered submitted. Using this option removes any extra work on the backend from the admin who would normally have to reopen the application for it to be editable by the…

  13. Currently, in FCCP, there can be different contacts showing on the home page, but it is based on fund. We need it based on constituent (which of our staff is assigned as their relationship manager/solicitor in RE).

  14. The Recipient search "Past Grants" wording is way too small and too light for our elderly donors to see. It should be highlighted in Blue like the other hyperlinks. And move "Cannot Find a recipient? Add a new one" hyperlink option directly beneath "Past Grants". It doesn't make sense a Donor must scroll all the way down past grants to click "Cannot Find a recipient? Add a new one". It is very frustrating for our Donors making grant requests.

  15. In Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FFCP) a client can enter a primary phone number and a secondary phone number. You can see that information in the Web Processing Queue of Foundation Cloud Grants (FCG) when a new client registers for the portal or when an existing client updates their information. When the client's information is updated/synced to the CRM, only the primary phone number is syncing over. The secondary phone number is not added. It is lost, and there is no indication to our staff users that this information was not added to the constituent record.

  16. In FCCP, on the Gift History page, please add the ability to show columns for email address and phone number from RE for each gift. This would allow fund holders to contact via email or phone, not just mail, to thank donors to their fund.

  17. On the Verify an Account (MFA setup) link to the Microsoft and Twillio apps (both apple and google) rather than require the user to search the store on their own. This may help users not fall into scams of paying for apps. For example, searching apple for "MS Authenticator App" results in the top listing for a paid app.

    Or add to this page that both options are free, if a user has a paid app they have the wrong app.

  18. Currently fund holders can run fund statement reports for periods that are not complete. For example, on 10/1 someone could run a report for 9/1-9/30, however as of 10/1 we haven't run month end processes. If we could limit the to date on reports somewhere in business rules, then each month we could advance the date after we run our month end close routines.

  19. Recently, NPact added functionality to allow fund advisors to copy and share a link to the public for making donations to their fund. However, this requires each individual fund to be made public in FCG. If the fund is not made public, the user received a message that says, "This fund is not public so only registered users with access to this fund will be able to access it. Do you want to continue?" None of our funds are public, so these links would not work for any of our clients. Ideally, we would like these fundraising links to not…
