  2. Bring back the ability to add instructions on the Grant Recipient Search screen. This page customization was made obsolete with Version 2.8.1.0 (Released: 3/24/2024). We used this content to remind donors grants can only be made to qualified donees and to refer to our Grants Policy.

  3. Users complain that after selecting a grant recipient from the search results, the grayed-out fields containing the recipient information are difficult or impossible to read. I've got settings on both my own computers optimized for webpage viewing, and still find this info hard to read. There is not enough contrast between the gray text and gray field background.

  5. Please identify the MFA text option as "text" in the "My account" area of the portal. Currently it appears as "SMS," if it is the option the user selected, and many people do not know what SMS means. It would also be helpful if you would spell out "Multi-factor authentication," since many people do not recognize the acronym MFA.

  7. For all NPact products, create a status portal such as https://status.blackbaud.com, https://status.office365.com, etc. It doesn't need to be fancy, just a place to let your customers know if there is a known issue, and the status of that known issue.

  8. When a user is prompted to configure their MFA settings, the mobile authenticator app method is automatically selected by default. Please remove the automatic check mark selecting this method so that the user must actively choose one of the authentication methods.

  9. Under Site Admin, News Feeds, users can create new “News Item” posts for any role. Users have requested the ability to send an email to all active SWP users for the selected role, and the email would contain the News Item content.

    Users would be prompted something like, “This News Item will be emailed to 426 Fund Holders. Are you sure you wish to proceed?” (Yes/No, default NO)

  10. We would like the ability to limit the characters used in the "grant purpose" and "special instructions to the nonprofit" fields for grant recommendations. This would align with what is printed on the check memo field.

  11. Currently we can suggest or enforce a minimum grant amount in FCCP with configuration settings in Site Admin. We would also like the ability to enforce a max number of payments when the setting to allow for multi-payment is on. This will help us guide our donors to a reasonable amount of payments per request.

  12. Under Questions for Review, we don't ask a specific question that requires an answer so this Q/A language is a bit confusing for reviewers. Then, when they are ready to score, they must select the SCORE QUESTION button. There seems to be no value added to include "question" on this button; could it be changed to SCORE to also meet the needs of grantors not asking a specific question?

  13. For donor-advised fund sponsors, it is very important to track grant recommendations that will be processed only in the event of the fund requestor's death. We refer to these as surviving grant recommendations. Please consider adding a module, very similar to the designated module, that would allow a donor to see current, enter new, and/or edit/modify existing, surviving grant recommendations. It would be necessary for the module to allow the entry of percentages and/or amounts for each surviving recommendation. It would also be helpful if the module allowed for surviving recommendations to be converted into active grants.

  14. We'd like an additional option to filter by date under the My Saved Applications page. Internally we use a profile that is linked to all the organization applicants so that we can go into FCCP and make edits to their applications or submit on their behalf when they are having issues doing this on their own. When they have too many historical applications, this page has a hard time loading (using Show All), is really slow, and sometimes times out and cancels the load altogether.   15. On the Verify an Account (MFA setup) link to the Microsoft and Twillio apps (both apple and google) rather than require the user to search the store on their own. This may help users not fall into scams of paying for apps. For example, searching apple for "MS Authenticator App" results in the top listing for a paid app.

    Or add to this page that both options are free, if a user has a paid app they have the wrong app.

  16. Each page of FCCP should have a setting in Page Settings allowing a block of custom text at the top of the page, under the page title. It could be used for special instructions for that page or however the customer wants to use it. For example, on the reports page, we could add a paragraph of text explaining when reports are updated at month end.

    1) instructions to enter search term
    2) link to click if one cannot find the desired search term
    3) the search field.
    Item #2 logically should come after #3.

  19. Could the Foundation Cloud Grants have a spot for us to input what is actually available in the fund for the donor advisor to spend in their fund to recommend a grant in the portal? When they log into the portal, they can see the balance and often times get confused that they can recommend ALL of the fund balance, when we need to save some money to cover fees. It would just be something that would be front facing for the donor advisor to see and the site admin would have to input after the allocation is available for…

  20. It would be very nice to see a function on the portal that would show recorded interfund transfers (more than just one single line in the fund statement). Many fund advisors rely on these transfers as a source of their income to the fund. It would be nice to see it highlighted within the system in a better managed way with more information (like where the transfer came from, the date, the amount, etc.).
