An error occurred while saving the comment David Plotts commentedTemporary passwords should be simple, for example an eight character word (starting with a capital letter), then a number, and then a symbol. The symbol should be one that is easily found on a smart phone keyboard's first symbol screen, such as $ ! # & = + and not confused with punctuation such as a comma or period. I'm finding some users are locking themselves out trying to understand if a character is an l I or 1.

I agree. The mobile app, while more secure, is harder for a segment of older users to understand. Text message is simple.
