  1. When processing the New Fund Request, you can choose to look the advisors up in the CRM or create them as a constituent in the CRM. Obviously, the best practice is to always look the constituent up first. When you click on the Lookup link, you are required to enter the constituent’s information to look them up. This should automatically populate with the data already entered by the client in the fund request. We should not be rekeying this data.

  2. On the Online Apps landing page, you are able to search for an online app which helps navigating the list a bit, but it would be nice to have an additional (optional) filter to hide closed online applications since those won't likely be managed anymore (so we don't need to see them in the list anymore).

  3. Add an activity log on submitted application pages where you can see activity on the app and by whom. Examples - Application Submission, Application Changes, new file uploaded, documents generated, application was scored, etc.

  4. In Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FFCP) a client can enter a primary phone number and a secondary phone number. You can see that information in the Web Processing Queue when a new client registers for the portal or when an existing client updates their information. When the client's information is updated/synced to the CRM, only the primary phone number is syncing over. The secondary phone number is not added. It is lost, and there is no indication to our staff users that this information was not added to the constituent record.

  6. In Foundation Cloud, I can't figure out how to search amongst all grants using the GrantDescription field. Description is not available as a filter, or a column in grants view. You can search in descriptions for grants in Classic in the all grants view. I find this very handy for looking for grants going to a certain program or area to a recipient organization. I see that you can use the “Designation” field for a query. But the conditions are confusing to me: BETWEEN, NOT LIKE, LIKE, IS NULL, IS NOT NULL? What would I use for “contains” if I…

  9. When on the Finance tab of a Check Run, one of the available steps is to Export Payments to CSV. The grant payments in the exported file appear to be in a random order. Please sort the export by Grant Number.

  11. Allow changes to applicant name to reflect on the review in the portal. Currently the requestor name is listed as the applicant name on the review even if the applicant name is changed on the proposal web application.

  12. Please add the option to stop/terminate a manual data sync. If a user creates a sync with the wrong parameters, they have to wait for it to complete before they can run the correct sync. This is a problem if a wrong year was used, which would result in having to wait an extended amount of time for an unnecessary sync.

It would be very helpful to have a notification appear in the bell at the top right of the screen in foundation cloud, when a recurring grant is coming due to be created, in the designated grants module. Now, I have to make a note to myself in my calendar every week to go into designated grants and look around for grants that need to be created.

  14. On a grant record, there is a field called "Notes to Staff" in the Grant Details. Fund Advisors can submit information in that field on the Grant Recommendation form if they need to tell our staff something important about their grant or how it is to be processed. In a Check Run, there are two grids that display grants - "Payments on this Check Run" and "Available Grant Payments."   15. In the top, right-hand corner of FCG, there is a bell-shaped notifications icon that lists a count of items needing attention. These notifications are currently static and only refresh when a user logs completely out of FCG and back in. For example, if the notifications list that there is a new Online Grant Request to process and you process that request, the notification still remains.   16. Currently the FEProjectId is set be the CRM System using the Fund Number this can cause issues with creating invoices in the Finance system when the FEProjectID (RE Fund Number) in FCG does not match the project ID in FE.

    It would be great to add a column in the fund grid to surface the FEProjectID from FENXT and use that in the API call when creating invoices in FENXT.

  18. In Classic GE the proposal number has a link to the proposal. In GE/NXT Cloud, the link is in the proposal title which is an optional text field that has not been used consistently. Please link the proposal number instead of the proposal title.

  19. For organizations that have different legal names and DBA names, it would be helpful to have a place for an alias that would allow someone to find the record either by it's legal name or it's DBA name.

  20. The “Create Web User” button on constituent records is incorrectly creating Individual web users for organization constituents (this would be the Organization, Account, or Contact record types in the CRM Systems). This causes a problem as we are creating web users when we want to be creating organizations.

    Currently the only way to create an organization is by going to an Organization Admin web user in the PPQ OR creating the organization through portal registration.
