YES! With FIMS we were able to generate roll-up statements, Our users also need to be able to see new gifts that have come in for any of their funds, without having to look at each fund individually. We have agency users that have dozens of endowments each, yet the current portal seems designed only for individuals with one or two funds.

We have such users as well, people who took years to finally start using the portal, and now they're being alienated.
We would easily enough be able to identify any anomalous requests coming in, on the remote chance that some hacker ever did gain access. We'd use a GE alert to remind us to watch activity on such funds.
We also sometimes set up test constituents that we use for testing out various aspects of the portal. It's silly to have to go through MFA for a fake constituent.Sowa Unora

Great idea! Please make sure it is optional though. Our past experience was that showing the scheduled date raised more questions than it answered, so right now we'd probably not turn it on. However, this might be changing as our user base shifts to younger generations, and we'd like to see it as an available choice.

And please make it user-friendly. More like “if you would like to send another grant to one of the recipients listed below, check the box to the left of the grant, then click here.” The placement is also awkward, wedged up against the totals above it.
