  2. We'd like the option to add specific application fields to the Submitted Proposal Apps grid. We currently have "Category" as a field in our application and we'd like to be able to view this information in the grid and be able to filter all the applications by it.

  3. in database view you can go to all web users and be able to view on that screen what funds they are appoved to either view or be a fund advisor. in NXT there is no choice to show the fund on that page. can you please add "fund" so we can see this without having to open the fund itself each time. thanks

  4. Incorporate a way to notify staff outside of the system that there are items that need addressed? Historically, our portal use by donors has been very limited, having someone constantly logging in and checking, is helpful but having an email sent to notify of the actions pending would be more productive.

  6. In GE/NXT Cloud the Grant History is sorted newer to older, but Proposal History is sorted older to newer, and you can't sort by columns. Please make this consistent (newer to older) and allow users to sort columns.

  7. Currently when submitting a docket to the committee for review, we must navigate away from the docket screen and into the queries screen to generate the correspondence to the committee. This step seems longwinded, as there is a button within the Docket screen for "new batch correspondence", which we currently use to generate grant recipient letters.

  8. When new users register in the Portal, staff has the option to deny their roles and delete their web user through the PPQ. When this happens, the option to send the web user an email is not provided. We should be able to communicate to the deleted web user that we denied their role request.

  11. When importing grants in FCG, don't require the email or address fields for payee or grantee. The import process appears to search and link to existing constituents, which makes importing this data redundant. This information wasn't required when importing in GC Classic.

  12. The naming of items across FCG/FCCP needs to be standardized.

    Some examples:
    Fund Advisors are labelled as "Requestors" in FCG.
    "Opportunities" in FCCP are "Proposals" in FCG.
    On Constituent records, the "Contacts" tile are actually Relationships.

    We used to have the ability to hide the tabs on the "Grants Pending" page of the portal. We were told in a Support Case that back in February of 2022 an update was made to FCCP which made it so all 4 tabs are now required, which means they can no longer be hidden. Our organization does not utilize the functionality of at least one of these tabs and would like to hide it to streamline the process for our users.

  14. Percent Data Type requires users to enter a value between 0 and 1 for a percent to show correctly. i.e. if you enter 0.5 into a percent field it will display 50%. This is confusing for applicants as they are filling out applications.

  16. There are a few odd things about adding a constituent that we would request be reviewed.

    1. When processing a new fund request, when searching for a constituent that IS located in the CRM you can select them, but any new data that was provided in the request (new address, phone numbers, email addresses) are not stored or added to the existing record in the CRM and therefor is lost unless recorded manually prior to selecting the existing record. This information should be transferred over.

    2. If a constituent is NOT present in the CRM there is a button to add them…

  17. When processing the New Fund Request, you can choose to look the advisors up in the CRM or create them as a constituent in the CRM. Obviously, the best practice is to always look the constituent up first. When you click on the Lookup link, you are required to enter the constituent’s information to look them up. This should automatically populate with the data already entered by the client in the fund request. We should not be rekeying this data.

  18. On the Online Apps landing page, you are able to search for an online app which helps navigating the list a bit, but it would be nice to have an additional (optional) filter to hide closed online applications since those won't likely be managed anymore (so we don't need to see them in the list anymore).

  19. Add an activity log on submitted application pages where you can see activity on the app and by whom. Examples - Application Submission, Application Changes, new file uploaded, documents generated, application was scored, etc.

  20. In Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FFCP) a client can enter a primary phone number and a secondary phone number. You can see that information in the Web Processing Queue when a new client registers for the portal or when an existing client updates their information. When the client's information is updated/synced to the CRM, only the primary phone number is syncing over. The secondary phone number is not added. It is lost, and there is no indication to our staff users that this information was not added to the constituent record.
