Recurring Grants
Recurring grants to automatically pull into the Grant Batch each month when they are scheduled to be paid. This would still allow the user to vet the organization before it is set to invoicing.

SourceCRAccountCode and SourceDRAccountCode should populate in the dashboard columns for check runs for standard grants
When reviewing a check batch for processing, it's important to verify that the account codes are correct. It would be very helpful and save so much time if the SourceCRAccountCode and SourceDRAccountCode would populate in the dashboard columns for check runs for standard grants. This way the codes could be checked without having to open each individual grant.

Permit us to access our data from PowerBI
We would like to access our FC data directly in Microsoft PowerBI using a connector, like Blackbaud has. https://github.com/blackbaud/powerbi-connector
This would permit us to bring our RE, FE, and FC data into one reporting tool, since RE and FE data can already be accessed.

Implement a more capable correspondence editor
The current HTML-based correspondence editor is missing many key features we need to generate documents that align with our print standards. We need to be able to add headers\footers, justify text blocks, and generally need the basic features of a rich text editor that aren't available in the current editor. If the current editor would even allow us to apply a custom stylesheet with media settings, that would be a step, but the current editor does not meet our needs.

Add [FS_StatementItems].[Page] to the Fund Statement builder line entry modal.
Fund Balances often do an initial grouping of data based on Page. Currently if you create a new line item entry in the Fund Statement builder there is no option to enter Page, which can result in errors in the report.

Allow users to save a DRAFT of a grant in FCG when entering grants manually.
In FCG, when staff are adding a grant manually, allow them to save a draft of it without filling in required fields. This is a function that exists in classic GE and is extremely helpful. We need this in FCG as well.

Docket Approval vs Declined
Board Members can be added to Dockets to provide approvals. However, they could decline their approval. FCG considers any submission an "approval", so even "denied" approvals make it look like the docket has been approved. Please enhance Dockets to take into consideration the approval status.

Denied Web Users should receive correspondence
When new users register in the Portal, staff has the option to deny their roles and delete their web user through the PPQ. When this happens, the option to send the web user an email is not provided. We should be able to communicate to the deleted web user that we denied their role request.

Evaluate Metrics shown on each Landing Page
The "metrics" shown in the header on the various landing pages (Grants, Constituents, Funds, etc) should be re-evaluated to determine their use. Some are not really helpful, do not apply to everyone's dataset, or are buggy.
Example of a bug: The "Active Funds" metric on the Funds landing page doesn't appear to be correct. There are way more active funds than the number that is shown.

pie chart
It would be ideal to be able to customize what data shows in the pie chart maybe by fund, or at least by active funds.

Email Notifications
Incorporate a way to notify staff outside of the system that there are items that need addressed? Historically, our portal use by donors has been very limited, having someone constantly logging in and checking, is helpful but having an email sent to notify of the actions pending would be more productive.

Option for generating the correspondence to the committee, that a docket is awaiting approval housed directly in the Docket screen
Currently when submitting a docket to the committee for review, we must navigate away from the docket screen and into the queries screen to generate the correspondence to the committee. This step seems longwinded, as there is a button within the Docket screen for "new batch correspondence", which we currently use to generate grant recipient letters.
We would request that an option under "template" within the "new batch correspondence" button, be added. We would like an option for generating the correspondence to the committee, that a docket is awaiting approval housed directly in the Docket screen under "template" within the…

Improve Query Options for Reviewer Scores
In scholarship reviews, more fields should be available for query. For instance, when I asked for the addendum names to be pulled into a reviewer score query so that I could make awards, the names were not available. Fund names and Addendum names need to be available to pull in.

Sort Grant History by Date in GE/NXT Cloud
In GE/NXT Cloud the Grant History is sorted newer to older, but Proposal History is sorted older to newer, and you can't sort by columns. Please make this consistent (newer to older) and allow users to sort columns.

Add Application Fields to Submitted Proposal Apps Grid
We'd like the option to add specific application fields to the Submitted Proposal Apps grid. We currently have "Category" as a field in our application and we'd like to be able to view this information in the grid and be able to filter all the applications by it.

Percent Data Type requires users to enter a decimal value for the percent to display correctly.
Percent Data Type requires users to enter a value between 0 and 1 for a percent to show correctly. i.e. if you enter 0.5 into a percent field it will display 50%. This is confusing for applicants as they are filling out applications.
