Ability to Delete Email Correspondence
When testing the email capabilities from a grant in correspondence you do not have the option to delete an email. We would like the ability to delete.

Implement a more capable correspondence editor
The current HTML-based correspondence editor is missing many key features we need to generate documents that align with our print standards. We need to be able to add headers\footers, justify text blocks, and generally need the basic features of a rich text editor that aren't available in the current editor. If the current editor would even allow us to apply a custom stylesheet with media settings, that would be a step, but the current editor does not meet our needs.

Add Web User information to Constituent Query
Add Web User information to Constituent Query. Foundation Cloud Grant constituent records have a Web User tile with information that would be nice to get in an constituent list or query. Similarly Foundation Cloud Community Portal has list of "Manage Web Users" list, but with limited/missing fields from the constituent record

Annual summary
Add to the "All-In-One" section of a fund, a new tab showing annual summary of gifts and grants for a fund. For an example, see FIMS's Fund Summary tab. It is a chart, by year, showing the largest gift, total gifts, largest grant, total grants. It helps staff see in one place how a fund has grown and granted out year by year.

Make recurring grant start & end dates visible on Online Grant Request
In GE Classic, we can open a processed Online Grant Request that established a recurring (designated) grant record and view the start date and end date that the fund advisor originally submitted. However, when we open the same request in FCG, we cannot see those dates. We can only see the checkbox indicating the request was for recurring payments and the frequency. Please make the start & end dates visible on the Online Grant Request record in FCG as well. This is information we have to refer back to often.

Add "Quorum Met" column to check run grid
When selecting Grants to go onto a Check Run in GE Classic, we review the QuorumMet field. This field indicates to us if the grant was approved by the committee (ALL of our Grants must be approved). Only grants with a QuorumMet equal to Yes can go onto a Check Run and be paid. However, the QuorumMet field is not available in FCG. Please make this field/column available as soon as possible.

Make Grant Status filters dropdowns consistently through the system
On the Grants page, you can filter the record grid by Grant Status. That filter is a dropdown selection. In the "Available Grant Payments" section on a Check Run, you can also filter by Grant Status. However, that filter is a text box where you must type in the grant status you are looking for. It must be typed in exactly as the status appears in the system. If you do not type it precisely the same, your filter will yield no results. For example, if you type in a status of "DOCKET BATCHED" instead of "DOCKET_BATCHED" no grants will…

Make default filters configurable
On some screens with a record grid, a default filter loads every time you visit the screen. For example, in a Check Run, the "Available Grant Payments" grid defaults to grants with a status of "REQUEST." Please make all filter defaults configurable. All of our grants are going onto check runs are coming from the DOCKET_BATCHED status. We want to make that the default status filter on the Check Run, but this is not currently an option.

Notifications are currently static but need to be dynamic
In the top, right-hand corner of FCG, there is a bell-shaped notifications icon that lists a count of items needing attention. These notifications are currently static and only refresh when a user logs completely out of FCG and back in. For example, if the notifications list that there is a new Online Grant Request to process and you process that request, the notification still remains. If you continue on working in the system and later look at the notifications, it appears as if there is another new Online Grant Request waiting to be processed. However, when you visit the Online…

Remove "spinning wheel" from overlapping the search box while you're typing in a search item.
When typing in a search term (grant/constituent/etc.) the "spinning wheel" as FC is retrieving results can obscure what you're typing as it shows up directly over the search box.

Allow for a search on an organization's alias or connected Vendor name
For organizations that have different legal names and DBA names, it would be helpful to have a place for an alias that would allow someone to find the record either by it's legal name or it's DBA name.

Enforce record count settings on Designated Grants page
In the system settings, you are able to set a record count limit for each page to control how many records load by default when you visit the page. Currently, the record count limit selected for the Designated Grants page does not actually control that page. The Designated grants page is set up in a paginated way where it only shows you 10 grants at a time, and you have to use the navigation tools at the bottom of the page (arrows & page numbers) to scroll through to see all of your designated grants. Please remove that navigation control…

Batch correspondence- save and review for later send date
It would be great if one user could generate batch correspondence and save it for review by a different user. Ideally we would still have the option to batch send the documents after.

Application Review
Add Fund/Scholarship Fund as a Criteria in Reviews--App Groups.
Add an OR option to the Criteria so that it can function for multiple Criteria (for example Field is Major, Value can equal Business, Finance, or Investments).
For GPA fields/number fields add the possiblity of Greater Than, Equal To, Less Than (for example GPA>=2.75).
If there is a scholarship addendum, make that addendum a criteria without having to fill in a Value. Or if someone completes the Addendum, make the value possiblities Blank/Not Blank.
I want to be able to sort by Fund in the Add Application box. I have 14…0 votes -

Work with Blackbaud to permit FENXT vendor address updates from RENXT and Foundation Cloud.
When a customer has both RENXT, FENXT, and NPact products, we need the ability for vendor/grantee address updates that flow from either RENXT or Foundation Cloud to update in FENXT. We believed and were told by NPact this was a feature of Sync Harmony, but just found out it actually isn't.

Add Payee Field to Online Grant Request Details Screen
In the Online Grant Request Details screen, add the Payee Field to the initial screen so that everything can be edited on the front end versus having to first create the grant in the system and then having to go in and change the payee. Sometimes the Recipient of the grant is different than the Payee of the grant. This is especially true in scholarship situations.
