Add payment type when creating grant
Add payment type to "grant details" fields for creating a new grant, and to "process grant requests" fields for creating a grant from an online request (including when creating multiple grants at once). It is just as essential as other payment-related fields.

Hide dashboard
The dashboard (including pie chart and bar graph) is irrelevant to the work I need to do in the Grants page. Yet there it is taking up the entire screen, so that every single time I access the page, I need to scroll past it in order to get to the grants data. Please either make the dashboard hideable (preferably with a default that can be set to hide it) or move it elsewhere.

On the Manage Users screen, add the common grid functions of column selection, filters, and export.
On all other screens with a grid of information, you can select the columns you want visible, filter the grid, and export the grid information. This would be helpful on the Manage User screen as well. For example, you could filter out inactive user accounts of employees who are no longer at your organization. You could export active users and their Role for an auditor who needs system access reports.

Extend Application Timeout
Product enhancement request: would you please extend the timeout length for both Foundation Cloud Grants (FCG) and Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FCCP). applications, it is much too short. If there is no restriction on NPact’s side, I request the timeout times be set at 45 minutes.

GENXT Web App HTML Editor in Full screen mode - add field list and preview button
When editing the HTML for a web app and going into full-screen mode, it would be helpful if the field list could be added to the right, and a Preview button be available there as well.

Scholarship Batch - Add CRM lookup and create constituent function
When processing scholarships, most of the time the students don’t have a constituent record in the CRM. However, if the foundation is awarding the student a grant, then they want the student in the CRM. On the scholarship batch, we need the ability to do a CRM lookup (to avoid potential duplicates). If not found, then create a constituent record for the student in CRM.

If these fields aren’t filled in on a prerequisite step, then you can’t create the grant.

Audit Trail for Fund Investment Changes
When a spectrum fundholder requests a change in fund investment strategy, or when a GE user manually changes a fund investment strategy, we need to log the change. Foundations sometimes need this ["History"] for legal reasons.
We need to insert a new record into the GRActivityLog table for the change, and we need to reenable the “Activity Log” section of the “Properties” tile on the GENXT fund record screen.

Characteristics - configure each characteristic to allow one/multiple values per record
Currently GE NXT allows multiple characteristic values on the same record, and this is not configurable. (For example, a grant could have three separate “Population Impacted” characteristic values for Youth, Elderly, and Low Income populations). There are times when a foundation wants a characteristic to only be set once per record. (For example, a foundation may want only allow a Grant to get a single “NTEE Code” characteristic value for reporting purposes).
This change would involve:
A configuration change, allowing each characteristic to “Allow Multiple Values” (default to True for backward compatibility)

Add a requestor to a fund option when selecting funds w/o requestors
It would be convenient if I could have the option to add a requestor to a fund if it doesn’t have one when I select it to use on a grant.
Example:
I’m creating a designated grant and I choose the Inman Family Scholarship Endowment. There are no requestor assigned to this fund so I am unable to use this fund. There isn’t a quick way to navigate to the fund to add a requestor, so It would be convenient if there would be a button to add a requestor if there isn’t one.

Web user Organization list should only show records that are marked as organizations
When adding an organization to a web user, the list should only show records that are marked as “organizations” in the CRM – individuals should not show.
Grants > Constituents > Open a constituent that has a web user (or make one) > Add org > Search > List shows all constituents, should only be organizations.

Reports - Add a Description Field for canned reports and make description required when users create new report
Add a description field for all of our canned reports. Also need to make “Description” a required field when users create a new report. For creating training materials and instructional design efforts, I need to know the reports that are included in GE NXT and what their outputs are. What their business application is or use case.

Relabel/add requestor fields to grant-related screens in GENXT
On the Online Grant Requests screen in GENXT, the name of the person who submitted the grant request is labeled as the "Donor Name." This person is not making a donation and may or may not have ever made a donation to the fund they advise. In other fields throughout the system, this person is referred to as the "Requestor." Please relabel the field name on the Online Grant Requests screen to "Requestor Name" as well.
On the Grants screen, only the RequestorID field is available. Please add the Requestor Name field as well.

Grant ["History"] screen and Grant ["History"] tile requests
In FCG, a grant ["History"] screen available on both fund and constituent records, that is comparable to the grant ["History"] screen in GE Classic.
The current Grant ["History"] tile in FCG provide the ability to add all available grant ["History"] fields, and the ability to search and filter the results. I would also suggest that it be a full page tile, not limited to one-half the page.

Add ability to pull in Comments in Grid or Query
Need to pull in Internal Staff Comments information into the grid view under Proposal Web Applications.
Comments is a viewable option but only when you open the application.
Staff needs to leave comments for each other in the Comments Tile in Foundation Cloud Grants. Unfortunately, the comments aren't appearing in the grid view under Proposal Web Applications.
Unfortunately, the comments aren't appearing in the query either.

Currently data points associated with a docket are not able to be queried on in GENXT, specifically data points related to the approval details and approval submission details
