  1. Add Expense and Payable account number fields to the grant import template. We use this weekly to pay grants and the way our Funds are set up, the Expense and Payables change, so we do not use the default account number.

  2. Hi there!
    This is just a request because I know it would require development adjustments, but we were wondering if it's possible to have only one comment box on the review side of the portal.

    Right now, there's the main comment box which is great! There's also the comment box that shows up when you score a question - if that one could go away/be hidden, that would be cool. It's not a big deal for me, but might be nice for some of my coworkers.

  3. We do a preliminary round of internal screening on all applications before sending them to be reviewed by panelists. We would love if there is a way to create a page on the application or simple comment boxes to be used during the internal review to be seen by panelists, but not by the applicant. As it is now, comments flow from SWP panelist into GE but not the other way.

    Side note: simply changing the reviewers Committee permissions to "Admin" wont accomplish this as we don't want scorers to other scores -which is what will happen if they are…

  6. Add the ability to add merge fields to the name of the file generated by a correspondence template.

    Example: Add a recipient's name to the name of the file of generated correspondence by dragging in a merge field.

  7. In the designing of grant and scholarship applications, we use Characteristics. Sometimes these characteristic groups can be a very long list. It would be great to have the abilty to sort these characteristics alphabetically or to be able to re-arrange the groups when a characteristic is added. I know that in the application, the group is sorted, but to have the abilty to sort on the back end to check off the list or easily find a characteristic would be very helpful.

  8. Currently our setup to send paper fund statements pulls those constituents based on a RE Custom Field being "yes." It's mailed to their primary address. We have some constituents who would like some of their fund statements mailed to their office (for example if they are the CEO of a nonprofit with a fund) and others mailed to their home (for example their personal Donor Advised fund). Currently we lack the ability to do this. I recommend moving from using an RE Custom Field to something within FCG, allowing designating on a per fund basis what address the statement should…

  9. Please add Manager or Owner name to the Grants Grid, there is only Manager ID so we have to do an external VLOOKUP with an export from All Users to get a manager/owner name.

  10. Request to extend the query results screen timeout to more than 1 minute in order to retrieve more than 100 records of data. Currently, the timeout on the query results screen is set to 1 minute. If your data does not finish loading within that time, the "Load All" records button does not appear and you are not able to pull more than 100 records.

  11. When generated grants from a Designated Grant, it always creates a standard grant. The dropdown of Grant Types when adding a recipient consists only of Standard Grant Types.

    Can this be enhanced to allow you to pick a Scholarship Grant type?

Have a method of checking to see which Grants in a Check Run have had email Correspondence sent, so far the only method of checking this is by checking each individual Grant record to see if the Email shows under Documents. If there is one grant without an email sent it is hard to figure out which grant it was in a large batch.
    For example have a column that says "Email Sent", so we can easily verify the email notification of a grant processed has been sent. Or 20 of 20 emails sent.

  13. The current file size limit for uploads is 5 MB. Please raise this cap as some documents are larger than 5 MB that are needed for due diligence during Grant processing.

  14. Fund Balances often do an initial grouping of data based on Page. Currently if you create a new line item entry in the Fund Statement builder there is no option to enter Page, which can result in errors in the report.

  18. In scholarship reviews, more fields should be available for query. For instance, when I asked for the addendum names to be pulled into a reviewer score query so that I could make awards, the names were not available. Fund names and Addendum names need to be available to pull in.
