  3. When sending individual correspondence on grant, fund advisor and recipient emails populate on the TO: screen. Our clients would like to be able to a send correspondence to the applicant who submitted the original proposal web application to provide them details of the grant. Please add the web user who submitted the original request or All web users from the recipient record (assuming the org has more than one person authorized to submit grant applications) to the To list on email correspondence.

  5. Constituents who have an end date on the "grantee" constituency still appear in a Spectrum search for grantees.

    Can we have this fixed please so end-dated grantees do not appear in a recipient search?

  6. It would be great if correspondence templates could have if/then logic related to fields. For example, if a certain field (e.g. anonymous) has data (a checkmark), then another field does not appear (e.g. a fund name). Similarly, if Acknowledgement Address fields have data, then they are what populate the letter, but if blank, then the data from another field, such a Requestor Address, could be used.

  8. In the correspondence support documentation there is an "add new" button under My Fonts in the Correspondence Templates. This button does not appear in production. Please add the ability to add additional fonts in the Correspondence templates. Thanks!

  9. In the Proposal batch "Available Proposals" section the search bar does not accept Proposal IDs. Instead we search on names to find proposals. Please add the ability to use the grid search box in a proposal batch to search on proposal IDs.

  10. We'd like to be able to add characteristics (within a grant batch), much like you add workflow steps. Often the same characteristics apply to all but are not reflected on the original proposal record. Efficiency would also be gained if we were allowed to enter multiple characteristics on a grant without having to "save", then "add" and "save" again.

  11. When an Online Grant Request is entered for a constituent that doesn't exist we must add the constituent. When we open the Grant Request Details there is a button "Create Constituent." If that button is clicked it creates the RE constituent record but SyncHarmony won't add a new FE Vendor record. Support, via SUPP-9839, said we need to click into the recipient field and click the "Create new RENXT Constituent" button. Why have two different buttons that both create the constituent? Both buttons should do the same thing.

  12. Would be very helpful when a constituent has an existing RE record but is currently not approved, that the name is displayed in Orange (as it was in GE Classic). Functionality lost in FCG.

  13. +Add Media has no field to describe attachment. Our file naming convention is driven by our retention policy and does not include the description. If I want to specify that the attachment is the 'request' or 'school change', 'stop payment',etc. and this would be a huge benefit if someone has to review and open multiple attachments to find the one, rather than being able to tell which is which.

  14. I did a lot of correspondence templates, and request you revisit the functionality of the "Import from Document". It appears correct, but it doesn't produce a clean copy (Source) and has lots of extra coding which seems to cause spacing problems (soft return vs. hard return). I cannot get a single line return; it is always 1 1/2 which is not the desired look for an address which you want stacked and not large spaces between. The work around I found is not to use the Import from Document function, but to copy and paste the Document format into the…

  15. Currently, there are a TON of Amount fields on a Grant record.
    Grant - Amount/Adjusted Amount
    Fund - Amount/Adjusted Amount
    Payment - Amount/Adjusted Amount
    Payment Component - Amount/Adjusted Amount

    There are times when these fields no longer align, causing discrepancies in reporting. The number of amount fields feels excessive and it is a pain to try to keep them all aligned with each other. Can this be simplified in any way?

  17. To pull scores more easily, make app group tiles exportable. It would be great to pull the applicants' names, reviewers' names, and reviewers' scores. This would be easier than pulling a query and would not have to ask for a custom query anytime reviewers scores by fund or addendum were needed.

  18. We think custom fields aka profile fields should also be on Fund and Constituent records. This way those records could have more robust data and then those fields could also be inherited by grant or proposal records, the way that characteristics are.

  19. We would like to access our FC data directly in Microsoft PowerBI using a connector, like Blackbaud has. https://github.com/blackbaud/powerbi-connector

    This would permit us to bring our RE, FE, and FC data into one reporting tool, since RE and FE data can already be accessed.

  20. Board Members can be added to Dockets to provide approvals. However, they could decline their approval. FCG considers any submission an "approval", so even "denied" approvals make it look like the docket has been approved. Please enhance Dockets to take into consideration the approval status.
