  1. The current HTML-based correspondence editor is missing many key features we need to generate documents that align with our print standards. We need to be able to add headers\footers, justify text blocks, and generally need the basic features of a rich text editor that aren't available in the current editor. If the current editor would even allow us to apply a custom stylesheet with media settings, that would be a step, but the current editor does not meet our needs.

  2. Incorporate the ability to schedule an automated email to notify a grantee of an upcoming report due (or past report due) at the time the award is made. Ex: While awarding a grant, the grants admin can send the award notification, assign the report(s), and schedule automated emails for report reminders.

  3. The Proposal batch and Check run batch landing pages have sticky filters and pages. However, once inside a batch, the grids there do NOT have sticky pages and filters. I'd like to request the grids inside the Proposal and check run batches utilize the sticky filter and sticky pages so clicking in and out of grants goes smoother.

  4. For building application forms, it would be great to have a multichoice question option in which the user can select multiple answers without having to hold the control key (can look like radio buttons). Even better if the selections can inform logic responses (i.e., new questions become available depending on the earlier response) within the form.

  5. It would be great if one user could generate batch correspondence and save it for review by a different user. Ideally we would still have the option to batch send the documents after.

  6. In the top, right-hand corner of FCG, there is a bell-shaped notifications icon that lists a count of items needing attention. These notifications are currently static and only refresh when a user logs completely out of FCG and back in. For example, if the notifications list that there is a new Online Grant Request to process and you process that request, the notification still remains.   7. For organizations that have different legal names and DBA names, it would be helpful to have a place for an alias that would allow someone to find the record either by it's legal name or it's DBA name.

  8. In GE/NXT Cloud the Grant History is sorted newer to older, but Proposal History is sorted older to newer, and you can't sort by columns. Please make this consistent (newer to older) and allow users to sort columns.

  9. Ease of use: allow a user to refresh their screen without being kicked off/having to immediately log back in. Allow multiple tabs of FC to be open simultaneously on a browser.

  10. After the 2.9.3 release, Word documents are available for generation in batch. However, clicking 'Download' or 'Preview' still results in a PDF file. You can download each generated letter one-by-one which will result in a Word version of the letter but that defeats the purpose of Batch. We'd like to request the ability to download/Preview all batch generated correspondence in Word instead of PDF.

  13. On the Grants page, you can filter the record grid by Grant Status. That filter is a dropdown selection. In the "Available Grant Payments" section on a Check Run, you can also filter by Grant Status. However, that filter is a text box where you must type in the grant status you are looking for. It must be typed in exactly as the status appears in the system. If you do not type it precisely the same, your filter will yield no results. For example, if you type in a status of "DOCKET BATCHED" instead of "DOCKET_BATCHED" no grants will…

  14. If inactive for awhile in Foundation Cloud Grants, the CRM and Finance System connection turns from connected to unconnected. If/When that happens we loose the ability to do certain things in Foundation Cloud Grants (e.g. save queries being built). Before getting timed out, it would be great if there was a pop up saying "are you still working" or "do you want to stay connected" or something that lets us not lose progress. Right now we have to refresh Cloud Grants to re-establish connections and redo work(or filters)

  15. All areas where there are page forwards, >, next page need improvement to display more than 8-10 results, so the user doesn't have to click next page a ton of times. Either a drop down that allows the user to display (example, 25, 50 or 100 results), or instead of next page, have end page. This would be helpful for those tiles that do not have the ability to sort by most current first, and finding the newest grants require to page to end.

  16. We would like the ability to move created queries to different subfolders within FCG so that we can manage them more effectively. Currently, this functionality is only available in GE Classic as a drag and drop but cannot be done similarly in FCG.

  17. We would like to have the Grant details section to have two boxes for Anonymous grants, A box to specify if the fund id anonymous and a box for if the donor is anonymous.
    Currently the grant details section only has a box to specify it is anonymous, but it doesn’t break it down. The Grant Recommendation page currently has this option.
    It would be more efficient to have both boxes also present on the Grant details page.

  18. On some screens with a record grid, a default filter loads every time you visit the screen. For example, in a Check Run, the "Available Grant Payments" grid defaults to grants with a status of "REQUEST." Please make all filter defaults configurable. All of our grants are going onto check runs are coming from the DOCKET_BATCHED status. We want to make that the default status filter on the Check Run, but this is not currently an option.

  19. Currently, we are unable to add a picture header to the correspondence template. There is also no option to center, right justify or left justify text or pictures when editing the template. We have also noticed that when we generate batch correspondence from templates created in FCG, the formatting (margins) are not set correctly the way they are in GE Classic.

  20. The dashboard (including pie chart and bar graph) is irrelevant to the work I need to do in the Grants page. Yet there it is taking up the entire screen, so that every single time I access the page, I need to scroll past it in order to get to the grants data. Please either make the dashboard hideable (preferably with a default that can be set to hide it) or move it elsewhere.
