On the Manage Users screen, add the common grid functions of column selection, filters, and export.
On all other screens with a grid of information, you can select the columns you want visible, filter the grid, and export the grid information. This would be helpful on the Manage User screen as well. For example, you could filter out inactive user accounts of employees who are no longer at your organization. You could export active users and their Role for an auditor who needs system access reports.

Extend Application Timeout
Product enhancement request: would you please extend the timeout length for both Foundation Cloud Grants (FCG) and Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FCCP). applications, it is much too short. If there is no restriction on NPact’s side, I request the timeout times be set at 45 minutes.

Include "Do Not Mail" Addresses in FCG
Addresses with the "Do Not Mail" flag do not sync into FCG. It is possible we would need to mail a check from FCG without soliciting in RE.

Add notifications for designated/recurring grants
It would be very helpful to have a notification appear in the bell at the top right of the screen in foundation cloud, when a recurring grant is coming due to be created, in the designated grants module. Now, I have to make a note to myself in my calendar every week to go into designated grants and look around for grants that need to be created.

Make recurring grant start & end dates visible on Online Grant Request
In GE Classic, we can open a processed Online Grant Request that established a recurring (designated) grant record and view the start date and end date that the fund advisor originally submitted. However, when we open the same request in FCG, we cannot see those dates. We can only see the checkbox indicating the request was for recurring payments and the frequency. Please make the start & end dates visible on the Online Grant Request record in FCG as well. This is information we have to refer back to often.

Clear Search Filter
"Clear" option would be incredibly time saving rather than having to use mouse to highlight and delete the search box or quick find. This was a time gobbler for me in GE Classic as well.

Search - Remove requirement to have middle initial in name
When searching for a constituent, they don't appear in the search results if they have a middle initial and I didn't know it. The search should be vastly improved so it finds people based on last name and/or first name - not including the middle initial.

Request for App Groups
This is just a request for future development of GE NXT. When editing App Groups for Reviews It would also be very helpful if we could do the below:
in the App group modal (Reviews > App groups > open > +Add Application):
* see an additional column called "Status" (of the application)

Add reset link in grant request that allows Default Acknowledgment Address to be prepopulated
I have just started using GE NXT to process grants so that I can get used to the look and feel of the new platform. I noticed that there is no "Reset" link in the grant request that allows the default acknowledgement address to be prepopulated like there is GE Classic. This is used on a daily basis.

FCG to FE-Allow Grants to be marked as Pending instead of Approved for payment
Allow the option for grants to flow from FCG to FE in Pending status instead of approved status so that finance can make the last approval before payment is sent.

Charity Check/Manual "Remove Approval" needed
A number of reasons to remove approval especially given the delay in Candid's webpage updates and the IRS webpage updates.
Organizations that are manually approved (i.e., church, government, public school) not verified via Charity Check, could disaffiliate with denomination, and no longer meet the eligibility requirements.
A public charity may get reclassified as private, the IRS assigns incorrect classification and org is waiting for correction. Having another option to Remove Approval would keep from paying grants when applicable.

Grants Grid columns should all be available as filters
Recommend updating the grants (& other FCG Grids) so that any column can also be a filter. For example, on the Grands Grid you have a column for the Fund Number but you cannot filter by fund number. This should work like it does in RE/FE NXT Lists where filters and columns are all equally available.

Allow check batch pre-review of recipient/payee approved status
Within the check run grid, it would be helpful for users to see a column representing each payment's payee status (are they already approved or do they require approval). That way an check batcher can see in aggregate any issues with payees prior to receiving the prompt on the error log. Would also help with batch review of payments vs. opening each grant one by one.

Fund record - Requestors tab - Add a DEFAULT checkbox to Requestors so we can pick the one that should default into the grant.
Currently, whichever fund requestor was added to the fund FIRST (chronologically) defaults into the grant. This is not acceptable because fund requestors change, and there can be multiple. We need a way to control which fund requestor is going to default into a grant.

Search for Grants Using Grant Description
In Foundation Cloud, I can't figure out how to search amongst all grants using the GrantDescription field. Description is not available as a filter, or a column in grants view. You can search in descriptions for grants in Classic in the all grants view. I find this very handy for looking for grants going to a certain program or area to a recipient organization. I see that you can use the “Designation” field for a query. But the conditions are confusing to me: BETWEEN, NOT LIKE, LIKE, IS NULL, IS NOT NULL? What would I use for “contains” if I…
