Denied Web Users should receive correspondence
When new users register in the Portal, staff has the option to deny their roles and delete their web user through the PPQ. When this happens, the option to send the web user an email is not provided. We should be able to communicate to the deleted web user that we denied their role request.

Add Application Fields to Submitted Proposal Apps Grid
We'd like the option to add specific application fields to the Submitted Proposal Apps grid. We currently have "Category" as a field in our application and we'd like to be able to view this information in the grid and be able to filter all the applications by it.

in database view you can go to all web users and be able to view on that screen what funds they are appoved to either view or be a fund advisor. in NXT there is no choice to show the fund on that page. can you please add "fund" so we can see this without having to open the fund itself each time. thanks

Import Without Address
When importing grants in FCG, don't require the email or address fields for payee or grantee. The import process appears to search and link to existing constituents, which makes importing this data redundant. This information wasn't required when importing in GC Classic.

There are a few odd things about adding a constituent that we would request be reviewed.
When processing a new fund request, when searching for a constituent that IS located in the CRM you can select them, but any new data that was provided in the request (new address, phone numbers, email addresses) are not stored or added to the existing record in the CRM and therefor is lost unless recorded manually prior to selecting the existing record. This information should be transferred over.

When processing the New Fund Request, you can choose to look the advisors up in the CRM or create them as a constituent in the CRM. Obviously, the best practice is to always look the constituent up first. When you click on the Lookup link, you are required to enter the constituent’s information to look them up. This should automatically populate with the data already entered by the client in the fund request. We should not be rekeying this data.

Add an Activity Log for Submitted Applications
Add an activity log on submitted application pages where you can see activity on the app and by whom. Examples - Application Submission, Application Changes, new file uploaded, documents generated, application was scored, etc.

Sync secondary phone number to CRM
In Foundation Cloud Community Portal (FFCP) a client can enter a primary phone number and a secondary phone number. You can see that information in the Web Processing Queue when a new client registers for the portal or when an existing client updates their information. When the client's information is updated/synced to the CRM, only the primary phone number is syncing over. The secondary phone number is not added. It is lost, and there is no indication to our staff users that this information was not added to the constituent record.

Application Review - applicant name to reflect on the review in the porta
Allow changes to applicant name to reflect on the review in the portal. Currently the requestor name is listed as the applicant name on the review even if the applicant name is changed on the proposal web application.

Stop a manual sync
Please add the option to stop/terminate a manual data sync. If a user creates a sync with the wrong parameters, they have to wait for it to complete before they can run the correct sync. This is a problem if a wrong year was used, which would result in having to wait an extended amount of time for an unnecessary sync.

Allow the option to Inherit Grant Characteristics from Payees, instead of from recipients
Currently the only option for inheriting characteristics is from the recipient. Please allow an alternate option of from the payee. The example would be a scholarship, where the student is the recipient and the university is the payee. If we inherit the NTEE code from the recipient, it's a student, so that doesn't work. If we inherit the NTEE code from the payee, it would be the University, which is correct. The option of Recipient or Payee is a decision each customer should be able to make in Business Rules.

Delete Option in Field Builder
Add delete option in field builder. Right now there is only the ability to delete a field in layout view, but it should be available to do in field builder too.

Remove "spinning wheel" from overlapping the search box while you're typing in a search item.
When typing in a search term (grant/constituent/etc.) the "spinning wheel" as FC is retrieving results can obscure what you're typing as it shows up directly over the search box.

Add Payee Field to Online Grant Request Details Screen
In the Online Grant Request Details screen, add the Payee Field to the initial screen so that everything can be edited on the front end versus having to first create the grant in the system and then having to go in and change the payee. Sometimes the Recipient of the grant is different than the Payee of the grant. This is especially true in scholarship situations.

On the proposal history portion of the fund page, there are two fields entitled "Total Amount Requested" and "Total Amount Approved". We think it would be more beneficial if a field is either added or replaced by "Total Amount Awarded from the Fund".

We would like to be able to search by the GE Constituent ID when adding recipients and payees to a grant record
Steps to dup:
Grants > Grant > New Grant > Click Recipient or Payee > you can only search by name not constituent ID

Add ability to email correspondence to Board Members in using Batch Correspondence in Dockets
Using batch correspondence in Docket, users are unable to email correspondence to Board Members included on the docket. The only groups that pull into batch correspondence in Dockets are fund advisor and recipients.
