  2. When looking at a submitted proposal application, it shows the time they were submitted but doesn't say which time zone. Through testing I found that the timestamp was in Central Time. There should be a way to change the time zone to reflect where the organization hosting the applications is based, not where the server is hosted. If this cannot be done, then the CT should be added to the timestamps to make clear which time zone is reflected in the timestamps.

  3. Add Web User information to Constituent Query. Foundation Cloud Grant constituent records have a Web User tile with information that would be nice to get in an constituent list or query. Similarly Foundation Cloud Community Portal has list of "Manage Web Users" list, but with limited/missing fields from the constituent record

  4. In the system settings, you are able to set a record count limit for each page to control how many records load by default when you visit the page. Currently, the record count limit selected for the Designated Grants page does not actually control that page. The Designated grants page is set up in a paginated way where it only shows you 10 grants at a time, and you have to use the navigation tools at the bottom of the page (arrows & page numbers) to scroll through to see all of your designated grants.   6. We need a new query table for grant queries that lists the acknowledgement from the Fund. Not all grants start on the portal. As it is currently, the query view is leveraging acknowledgement details from the online grant request. That makes it difficult to use correspondence templates on grant records that did not start from a request form. Please, make available the Default Acknowledgment Letter Addressee data fields, which are located on the fund tile from within a grant record.

  7. Add a search feature for the query screen (to search for query names). See in grid the user who created the query and what query "focus" it is. Add button to edit a query after you are already on an individual query screen (edit button currently only available when you're on the full query grid).

  12. When sending individual correspondence on grant, fund advisor and recipient emails populate on the TO: screen. Our clients would like to be able to a send correspondence to the applicant who submitted the original proposal web application to provide them details of the grant. Please add the web user who submitted the original request or All web users from the recipient record (assuming the org has more than one person authorized to submit grant applications) to the To list on email correspondence.

  14. Constituents who have an end date on the "grantee" constituency still appear in a Spectrum search for grantees.

    Can we have this fixed please so end-dated grantees do not appear in a recipient search?

  15. In the Proposal batch "Available Proposals" section the search bar does not accept Proposal IDs. Instead we search on names to find proposals. Please add the ability to use the grid search box in a proposal batch to search on proposal IDs.

  16. When an Online Grant Request is entered for a constituent that doesn't exist we must add the constituent. When we open the Grant Request Details there is a button "Create Constituent." If that button is clicked it creates the RE constituent record but SyncHarmony won't add a new FE Vendor record. Support, via SUPP-9839, said we need to click into the recipient field and click the "Create new RENXT Constituent" button. Why have two different buttons that both create the constituent? Both buttons should do the same thing.

  17. Currently, in order to see if a grant has been voted on and approved (by committee or individuals depending on ORG requirements), you have to complete the following steps:

    1. go back into the docket
    2. navigate to the approval tab
    3. go to the approval submissions tile
    4. click on the 3 dots next to the approvers name and select "approval submission details" in order to see which grants have been voted on and approved.

    This has to be done for each docket that is added to a check run before proceeding with processing. In my specific ORG we could have 5 or…

  18. Once payment added to a check run, looking at the grant, the summary only shows STATUS: Check Run Batched. Would be beneficial to have 'link' to the batch in this summary section. Otherwise, the user has to go to Batch>CheckRuns>open batch which is a slow performer and takes 1-2 minutes each time. Time gobbler if the user wants to review several/all grants in a check run for whatever reason.

    1. Would be great if toast notifications recognized the space bar or enter on the keyboard and not just the mouse click to clear.
    2. Toasts not cleared by user, continue to stack up, even after you leave that record which can be confusing when it doesn't relate to the current record open.

  19. Select a Characteristic Code list would be helpful if there can be an option to condense to the first alpha level and user not having to scroll down through hundreds (i.e., A01, A02, A03 to get to R)
