Clearer font for data entry and display
In the font used throughout FC, a capital I is indistinguishable from a lowercase l. Uppercase J extends below the baseline (unlike all other capitals), making it virtually indistinguishable from a lowercase J. Please change to a font that does not have letters that look alike.

EIN for Past Grants
We would like the option to either 1) be able to edit the EIN of past grants or 2) have the system pull EIN based on up to date data (not hardcoded/static data).

Copy grant feature: Lose the recepient info
I was pleased that copying grant requests was added to FDN cloud. But surprised and a little dismayed that the recepient info is copied into the new grant request as well. Also into the payment fields, so, that info needs to be changed as well. Which takes time I'm trying to avoid. Copying grants in GE Classic was great when a fund advisor who does not use Spectrum would give us a list of grant requests we would need to manually enter, all with different recepients and different grant amounts. 99.9% of our fund advisors give to organizations just once…

DES Grant Recipient % are rounded to the whole number
In a DES Grant record, the Recipient Tile rounds the values to whole numbers, thereby masking the actual percentage by recipient value when the % has decimal places.

Add Web User information to Constituent Query
Add Web User information to Constituent Query. Foundation Cloud Grant constituent records have a Web User tile with information that would be nice to get in an constituent list or query. Similarly Foundation Cloud Community Portal has list of "Manage Web Users" list, but with limited/missing fields from the constituent record

Enforce record count settings on Designated Grants page
In the system settings, you are able to set a record count limit for each page to control how many records load by default when you visit the page. Currently, the record count limit selected for the Designated Grants page does not actually control that page. The Designated grants page is set up in a paginated way where it only shows you 10 grants at a time, and you have to use the navigation tools at the bottom of the page (arrows & page numbers) to scroll through to see all of your designated grants. Please remove that navigation control…

Expire NEW Web Applications
We can only expire web applications that have the CREATED status. We'd like to also be able to expire web applications that have the NEW status since they do not contain any information and are essentially blank. Right now, we only have the option of declining applications that are NEW. We expire applications once our application cycle has closed and we are no longer accepting applications. We don't want to decline these applications that are not valid.

Audit Trail for Fund Investment Changes
When a spectrum fundholder requests a change in fund investment strategy, or when a GE user manually changes a fund investment strategy, we need to log the change. Foundations sometimes need this ["History"] for legal reasons.
We need to insert a new record into the GRActivityLog table for the change, and we need to reenable the “Activity Log” section of the “Properties” tile on the GENXT fund record screen.

Add ability to pull in Comments in Grid or Query
Need to pull in Internal Staff Comments information into the grid view under Proposal Web Applications.
Comments is a viewable option but only when you open the application.
Staff needs to leave comments for each other in the Comments Tile in Foundation Cloud Grants. Unfortunately, the comments aren't appearing in the grid view under Proposal Web Applications.
Unfortunately, the comments aren't appearing in the query either.

Charity Check enhancements
- Make accepted org types list configurable
- Review whether we are downloading the OFAC list (terrorists) and using it
- Implement multiple Research links for constituents (not just GuideStar, but CharityNavigator and LexusNexus, etc.

Add the option to Save and Copy to the grant screen
In the classic view, I can save and copy a grant, which saves me time if I have many grants from the same fund, etc. It's a small down arrow next to the Save and Close button in Classic. I am using GENxT and that option is not available.
REQUEST: Add the option to Save and Copy to the grant screen. Or some form of Copying a grant.

Generated Correspondence Editing Saves
When creating correspondence documents in GE NXT, the document generates which then allows the user to edit the document. However, these edits do not save on the grant record, it still shows the original generated document.
This differs from the Classic functionality where the edited document saves on the record.

Edit (pencil icon) displays over address - makes it un-usable
In a grant record (EDIT), there is a pencil to select a specific recipient/payee address, however when the address line 1 is really long and goes over the blue pencil, you can't click the pencil. Short term work around is to go into constituent record and change the address but if the USPS verified address suggests to leave it, we are not working with our process (we're manipulating). Need QA ticket filed for engineering to fix.

Missing Check Run Link - enhancement
Once payment added to a check run, looking at the grant, the summary only shows STATUS: Check Run Batched. Would be beneficial to have 'link' to the batch in this summary section. Otherwise, the user has to go to Batch>CheckRuns>open batch which is a slow performer and takes 1-2 minutes each time. Time gobbler if the user wants to review several/all grants in a check run for whatever reason.

Toast notification enhancement
- Would be great if toast notifications recognized the space bar or enter on the keyboard and not just the mouse click to clear.
- Toasts not cleared by user, continue to stack up, even after you leave that record which can be confusing when it doesn't relate to the current record open.

NTEE Condensed List - Characteristics
Select a Characteristic Code list would be helpful if there can be an option to condense to the first alpha level and user not having to scroll down through hundreds (i.e., A01, A02, A03 to get to R)

Boxes: Size small/light font
Under the Designated Grant Recipient tile, the Active box is so tiny and light, it is incredibly hard to distinguish if checked or not. Would be better with a colored check mark instead of gray.
Same goes for the Constituent summary where any of the following boxes could be checked: Recipient, Payee, Applicant, Requires Fiscal Sponsor, etc.

Check/Invoice numbers should look like hyperlinks
For grant payments, change the formatting for the links to the financial system 1) Invoice and 2) Check look like hyperlinks (blue, bold, something clear). Right now they look like plain text and during testing/training we had multiple users think that there were no links to those financial system transactions on this screen.
