  1. Hi there!
    This is just a request because I know it would require development adjustments, but we were wondering if it's possible to have only one comment box on the review side of the portal.

    Right now, there's the main comment box which is great! There's also the comment box that shows up when you score a question - if that one could go away/be hidden, that would be cool. It's not a big deal for me, but might be nice for some of my coworkers.

  2. We do a preliminary round of internal screening on all applications before sending them to be reviewed by panelists. We would love if there is a way to create a page on the application or simple comment boxes to be used during the internal review to be seen by panelists, but not by the applicant. As it is now, comments flow from SWP panelist into GE but not the other way.

    Side note: simply changing the reviewers Committee permissions to "Admin" wont accomplish this as we don't want scorers to other scores -which is what will happen if they are…

  4. When sending individual correspondence on grant, fund advisor and recipient emails populate on the TO: screen. Our clients would like to be able to a send correspondence to the applicant who submitted the original proposal web application to provide them details of the grant. Please add the web user who submitted the original request or All web users from the recipient record (assuming the org has more than one person authorized to submit grant applications) to the To list on email correspondence.

  7. Recurring grants to automatically pull into the Grant Batch each month when they are scheduled to be paid. This would still allow the user to vet the organization before it is set to invoicing.

  8. When viewing Grant History for a grantee or fund, when there is a transfer the Payee/Recipient fields are blank. This is correct, since there are no payee or recipients for transfers, only a Target Fund. When a Transfer shows in the Grant History list, insert Target Fund into the Payee/Recipient Fields. You could also accomplish this by adding Payee and Recipient fields, hidden, to all Transfers, that mirror the Target Fund field.

  10. in database view you can go to all web users and be able to view on that screen what funds they are appoved to either view or be a fund advisor. in NXT there is no choice to show the fund on that page. can you please add "fund" so we can see this without having to open the fund itself each time. thanks

  13. Currently the FEProjectId is set be the CRM System using the Fund Number this can cause issues with creating invoices in the Finance system when the FEProjectID (RE Fund Number) in FCG does not match the project ID in FE.

    It would be great to add a column in the fund grid to surface the FEProjectID from FENXT and use that in the API call when creating invoices in FENXT.

The “Create Web User” button on constituent records is incorrectly creating Individual web users for organization constituents (this would be the Organization, Account, or Contact record types in the CRM Systems). This causes a problem as we are creating web users when we want to be creating organizations.

    Currently the only way to create an organization is by going to an Organization Admin web user in the PPQ OR creating the organization through portal registration.

  17. There are a few odd things about adding a constituent that we would request be reviewed.

    1. When processing a new fund request, when searching for a constituent that IS located in the CRM you can select them, but any new data that was provided in the request (new address, phone numbers, email addresses) are not stored or added to the existing record in the CRM and therefor is lost unless recorded manually prior to selecting the existing record. This information should be transferred over.

    2. If a constituent is NOT present in the CRM there is a button to add them…

  18. When processing the New Fund Request, you can choose to look the advisors up in the CRM or create them as a constituent in the CRM. Obviously, the best practice is to always look the constituent up first. When you click on the Lookup link, you are required to enter the constituent’s information to look them up. This should automatically populate with the data already entered by the client in the fund request. We should not be rekeying this data.

  20. When reveiwing a grant application or final report, it would be great to have the option to view or download a document the grantee has uploaded. I usually just want to review the document without downloading. Now the only option is to download.
